SALES PROMOTION RULES
“Korzinka and “Henkel Central Asia & Caucasus” LLC
(hereinafter referred to as the “RULES”)
   
1. SALES PROMOTION “”: FE “ANGLESEY FOOD” LLC & “Henkel Central Asia & Caucasus” LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) shall be held among public at large with the aim to create and maintain interest, form a positive image and consumer demand for products under the “Henkel Central Asia & Caucasus” LLP trademark, as well as to increase sales of these products. The Promotion shall not be a lottery, a gambling, it shall not require payment participation fee from the Participants.

2. PROMOTER INFORMATION 2.1. The Promoter of the Sales Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”): FE “ANGLESEY FOOD” LLC & “Henkel Central Asia & Caucasus” LLP, is a legal entity established under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, TIN: 202 099 756, located at the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Yakkasaray district, 120 Kichik Khalka Yuli Street, postal code: 100015.
2.2. Technical Partner of the Promotion: FE “ANGLESEY FOOD” LLC.


3. PROMOTION PERIOD
3.1. Promotion period: from May 8 to June 8, 2023 (inclusive) (hereinafter also referred to as the “Promotion Period” or “Duration of the Promotion”).
3.2. Period for the purchase of Promotional products: from May 8 to June 8, 2023 (inclusive).
3.4. Deadline for determining the Winners of the Promotion: June 10, 2023 (inclusive) according to the Schedule of Prize Drawing specified in the clause 9.2. of these Promotion Rules.
3.5. All deadlines specified in these Rules shall be calculated according to the time of city of Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan.


4. TERRITORY, PROMOTIONAL WEBSITE AND PROCEDURE FOR INFORMING
4.1. The Promotion shall be held on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter - RUz) in “Korzinka”, “Korzinka” DISKONT and “Smart” supermarket chain, located on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, excluding “Korzinka” DISKONT Supermarkets, operating under franchise and located at the following addresses: the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Nukus city, 162 Ernazar Alakuz street, and Kashkadarya oblast, Shakhrisabz city, 35 Maftunkor street (hereinafter referred to as the “Territory of Promotion”).
4.2. Sharing information with Participants on the procedure for the Promotion, conditions of the Promotion (including their changes, amendments) and rules of the Promotion shall be carried out:
1) on the official website of the Promoter https://korzinka.uz/ (above, here and further below referred to as the “Site”);
2) by other means at choice of the Promoter;
3) e-mail for questions about the Promotion: info@korzinka.uz.
4.3. The Promoter shall have the right at any time to change and/or supplement the terms and conditions of the Promotion, to terminate it before the scheduled date, and to publish additional information about the Promotion. Change and/or addition to information on the Promotion and its terms and conditions shall be possible if they are approved by the Promoter and published on the Promoter's website.
4.5. The Promoter shall reserve the right not to enter into written negotiations or other contacts with participants of the Promotion, except in cases provided for by these Rules, the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in case of disputes.


5. PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT

  5.2. Promo products must be purchased by the Participant within the period specified in clause 3.2. of these Promotion Rules in “Korzinka”, “Korzinka” DISKONT and “Smart” supermarkets retail chain located on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except for “Korzinka” DISKONT supermarkets operating under a franchise and located at the addresses: Republic of Karakalpakstan, Nukus city, 162 Ernazar Alakuz street, and Kashkadarya oblast, Shakhrisabz city, 35 Maftunkor street.

6. PARTICIPANTS OF PROMOTION
6.1. All legally capable individuals who are 18 years old, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, permanently residing and registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, registered in the Promoter’s Loyalty Program, and holding a valid/active physical or virtual (virtual Loyalty Card must be registered in the Korzinka application) Loyalty Card of “Korzinka” and “Smart” supermarkets retail chain can participate in the Promotion.
6.2: Following persons shall not be allowed to participate in the Promotion:
·         employees of the Promoter;
·         persons recognized as affiliated with the Promoter;
·         employees and representatives of the third parties having established civil-law and other relations with the Promoter and related to the organization and (or) holding the Promotion, sales of promotional products;
·         close relatives, full-blooded and half-blooded (having a common father or mother) brothers and sisters of the above-named persons;
·         persons who have not complied with these Promotion Rules;
·         foreign citizens (citizens of other States) and stateless persons.
  6.3. Should the fact of participation in the Promotion of persons who do not meet the conditions of clauses 6.1, 6.2, 6.4. hereof and other sections of these Rules be discovered, the Promoter shall be entitled to refuse such persons to participate in the Promotion and/or to receive a prize.


7. PROMOTION PRIZE FUND
7.1. The Promotion Prize Fund shall be formed at the expense of the Promoter’s funds, and include the Grand Prize (above, here and further below referred to as the “Promotion Prizes”).
Total number of Promotion prizes shall be limited.
·         Gift Certificate of “Korzinka” retail network with a nominal value 100,000 (one hundred thousand) - 1 (one) piece, 300,000 (three hundred thousand) - 1 (one) piece, 500,000 (five hundred thousand) - 1 (one) piece, and 1,000,000 (one million) UZS - 1 (one) for the entire Promotion Period; as well as valuable prizes - Yandex Station - 1 (one) piece, robot vacuum cleaner - 1 (one) piece, INSTAX photo camera - 1 (one) piece.
7.3. The Promoter shall reserve the right to change the Promotion Prize Fund, including changing the number, configuration, type and other characteristics of prizes, as well as to include other Prizes not provided for by these Promotion Rules (the Offer).
7.4. Appearance of the Promotion Prizes, their size, design, color of packaging and other characteristics may not coincide with the images presented in the promotional materials and with personal expectations of the Participants. The manufacturer of these goods shall be responsible for the quality of the goods provided as the Promotion Prizes.
7.5. The Promoter shall not give monetary equivalent of Prizes; no replacement with other Prizes shall be made.


8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTION PARTICIPATION
8.1. To become a Participant of the Promotion, a Participant should execute the following sequence of conclusive actions within the Promotion Period specified in section 3 hereof:
  FE “ANGLESEY FOOD” LLC & “Henkel Central Asia & Caucasus” LLP shall launch a Promotion. Consumers shall have a chance to win gift certificates in equivalent of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) - 1 (one) piece, 300,000 (three hundred thousand) - 1 (one) piece, 500,000 (five hundred thousand) - 1 (one) piece, and 1,000,000 (one million) UZS - 1 (one) piece for the entire period of Promotion; as well as valuable prizes - Yandex station - 1 (one) piece, robot vacuum cleaner - 1 (one) piece, INSTAX photo camera - 1 (one) piece.
To become a participant of the Promotion one must:
·         Purchase Palette Paint in any branch of “Korzinka” supermarket chain and use the Loyalty Card at the cash desk;
·         The consumer shall automatically become a participant of the drawing.
All winners shall be determined by randomizer among those who have fulfilled all the conditions.
The winners of valuable prizes and of the super-prize shall be awarded at the “Next” shopping mall, on June, 10.
8.2. After purchasing a Promotional Product, according to the terms and conditions of clause 8.1. hereof, the person who purchased the Promotional Product using a Loyalty Card or Korzinka application, shall be assigned a unique Participant ID Code.
8.5. The quantity of the Promotional Products purchased by the Participant shall not be limited.
8.6. The more Applications are submitted by the Participant (purchased Promotional Products with different fiscal receipts) to participate in the Promotion prize drawings during the respective periods specified in clause 9.2. of the Rules, (section “Promotional Products Purchase Period”), the higher his/her chances to become the winner of the Promotion (the owner of the Promotion Prize/Prizes).
8.7. If the Participant becomes the Winner of the Promotion (the owner of any Prize/Prizes of the Promotion), the Application, under which the Prize was won, shall be automatically cancelled; for the subsequent participation in the Promotion the Participant must purchase the Promo Product again, in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Promotion Rules.


9. PROMOTION WINNERS DETERMINATION
9.1. For the entire Promotion Period, the Promoter shall hold:
- 1 (one) Prize Drawing
according to the Prize Drawing Schedule as defined in clause 9.2. hereof.

* Promotion Prize Drawing Schedule can be adjusted by the Promoter taking into account weekends and public holidays, established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as upon the occurrence of circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
  9.3. Any Drawing shall be held only if by the date of the Drawing the number of registered Promotion Participants exceeds the number of awarded Prizes by not less than 4 (four) times.
9.4. If the period for determining the Winner of prizes has expired, and the number of registered Participants by the date of the Weekly Drawing and/or the Main Drawing does not comply with clause 9.3. of these Promotion Rules, then the determination of potential Prize Winners shall be transferred to the next Winners determination period, and the total number of Prizes to be distributed in the next period of Winners determination shall be increased by the number of Prizes not distributed in the previous period.
9.5. On the date of the Weekly Drawing and/or Main Drawing and the determination of the Winners, the Promoter shall determine the Main Winners (hereinafter referred to as the “Main Winner” and/or the “Winner”), as well as Reserve (Alternative Winners) (hereinafter referred to as the “Alternative Winner”). The number of Main Winners in each Drawing must be equivalent to the number of prizes drawn within the Prize Drawing;
Number of Alternative Winners within each Prize Drawing shall be:
The Promoter and the Technical Partner shall determine the Alternative Winners for possible replacement of the Main Winner in case of inability to contact the Main Winner or violation by the Main Winner the terms and conditions of the Promotion, or any other incompliance of the Main Winner with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
The Promoter and the Technical Partner of the Promotion shall not be obliged to disclose the names of the Participants who have been included in such a list of Reserve (Alternative) Winners.
9.6. Each Winner shall be notified by telephone call to the telephone number of the Main Winner assigned to the physical “Korzinka” Loyalty Card or to the virtual “Korzinka” Loyalty Card registered in the Korzinka application.
A Participant shall be informed of his victory by a telephone call to the telephone number of the Winner assigned to the physical Korzinka Loyalty Card or to the virtual Korzinka Loyalty Card registered in the Korzinka application. If the telephone number of the Main Winner of the Promotion is out of the access zone, or the Main Winner of the Promotion does not answer the call within 48 hours from the moment the Promoter determines the Main Winner, or for any other technical reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, as well as if the Main Winner does not agree to have his personal data processed by the Promoter, then the Main Winner shall lose his chance to win, without any opportunity to challenge the decision of the Promoter, and the winning Application of the Participant shall be canceled by the Promoter. In this case, the Prize shall be re-assigned to the Alternative Winner. If there is no connection with the Alternative Winner, or the Alternative Winner violates the terms and conditions of the Promotion or otherwise fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion, then the Prize shall be transferred to the next Alternative Winner.
9.7. The mobile phone number assigned to the Participant upon registration of the physical Loyalty Card of the Korzinka retail network or to the virtual Loyalty Card Korzinka registered in the Korzinka application shall be retained by the Participant during the entire Promotion Period specified in section 3 hereof. In case of alienation of mobile phone number to third parties, change of the registered mobile phone number, the Winner shall lose the right to receive the Promotion Prize. Re-registration with a different phone number shall be prohibited.
9.8. One (1) Participant may take part more than once in Weekly Drawings, provided that he/she meets the terms and requirements specified in clause 8.6. and clause 9.2. hereof, at this time 1 (one) Participant may get not more than 1 (one) Prize within 1 (one) Weekly Prize Drawing and not more than 6 (six) Weekly Prize Drawing for the entire Promotion Period, as well as 1 (one) Participant may get not more than 1 (one) Grand Prize for the entire Promotion Period. At the same time, if a Participant becomes the Winner of the Promotion (the owner of any Promotion Prize/Prizes), the Application, under which the Prize was won, shall be automatically cancelled and it shall not participate in the following Weekly Drawing and/or in the Main Drawing.
  10. CONDITIONS/PROCEDURE FOR PRIZE CLAIMING
10.1. The Prize shall be awarded upon presentation of the Winner’s original identification document (a valid civil passport/ID card), if the data specified by the Winner when registering the physical Loyalty Card of Korzinka retail network or the virtual Loyalty Card of Korzinka registered in Korzinka application, as well as the physical or virtual Korzinka Loyalty Card used by the Winner when purchasing the Promotional Products, are fully matched. The passport of the Winner must include an Individual Identification Number (IIN), the Personal Identification Number of an Individual (PINFL), full and exact address of the actual place of permanent (temporary) residence of the Winner. In case the Winner does not have a TIN and/or the full and exact address of the actual place of permanent (temporary) residence of the Winner in the Winner's identity document (valid civil passport / ID card), then the data about full and exact address of the actual place of permanent (temporary) residence of the Winner and/or TIN of the Winner shall be provided by the Winner additionally.
10.2. If the Winner does not claim for his/her prize within 7 (seven) business days after the end of the Promotion Prize Drawing, then the Promoter shall have the right to cancel this Prize.
10.3. Upon registration / receipt of the Prize, the Winner undertakes to sign all the necessary documents (related to the process of registration / receipt of the Prize), which specify the personal information and personal data of the Winner, and also undertakes to provide the Promoter with originals and/or copies of all necessary documents (related to the process of registration / receipt of the Prize), which specify the personal information and personal data of the Winner.
10.4. The Promotion Winner’s refusal to sign the necessary documents and/or perform other legally significant actions, including refusal to provide the required documents, including, but not limited to, personal data, when receiving the prize, shall be regarded as the Winner's refusal to receive the prize.
10.5. The Promoters shall reserve the right to refuse the Winner claiming his prize, in case the Winner fails to comply with all the requirements and conditions stipulated by the procedure for prize claiming hereof.
10.6. Prizes shall be awarded not later than two (2) business days after the Promotion Prize Drawing and the provision by the Winner all necessary documents specified in these Rules. Business days are days from Monday to Friday inclusive. Prizes shall be awarded from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (except for days-off and public holidays established in the Republic of Uzbekistan).
10.7. Place and address of prize awarding: the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent city, Yakkasaray district, 120 Kichik Khalka Yuli street.
10.8. Replacement of Promotion Weekly Prize and Promotion Grand Prize by cash or any other equivalent shall be prohibited. Prizes shall not be subject to exchange or return.
10.9. Promotion Winner, who fails to comply with the terms of these Rules, shall lose the right to obtain a Prize. In such case, the Promoter shall dispose of such Prize at his discretion.
10.10. Promotion Winner shall lose the acquired right to receive the respective prize without any compensation, including monetary compensation, in the following cases, regardless of the time when these circumstances became known:
10.10.1. if the Promotion Winner is recognized as a violator of these Rules prior to the moment of awarding him of the corresponding prize;
10.10.2. if the Promotion Winner verbally or in writing via electronic or other communication means declares of his/her refusal to receive the prize;
10.10.3. if the Promotion Winner cannot be identified;  
10.10.4. after 3 (three) unsuccessful attempts to contact such a Winner;
10.10.5. in case the Winner refuses to transfer his/her personal data to the Promoter;
10.10.6. if the Promotion Winner does not own a registered physical Loyalty Card of the Korzinka retail network or a virtual Loyalty Card of the Korzinka retail network in the Korzinka application used/applied when purchasing the Promotional Product;
10.10.6. if the Winner refuses to provide all the necessary information and documents specified in these Rules within the specified period.
10.11. Prize ownership right shall pass to the Winner from the moment of awarding him such a prize; the Winner of the Promotion shall independently take all measures related to the further use of the Promotion prize transferred to him.
10.12. In case it is impossible to send/receive the Prize by the Promotion Winner within 7 (seven) business days after the end of the Promotion Prize Drawing for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, including, but not limited to:
- the Winner has deleted e-mail address or lost access to the e-mail address;
- the Winner provided an incorrect e-mail address;
- loss of a right to the mobile phone number assigned to the Participant /Winner when registering a physical Loyalty Card of the Korzinka retail network or a virtual Loyalty Card of the Korzinka retail network in the Korzinka application;
- failures, malfunctions, errors in the operation of computer systems, mail servers, in the Internet provider network;
- failures, errors and malfunctions in the Internet;
- lack of Internet access /blocking the Internet, electricity;
- blocking of postal services and (or) websites with postal addresses of the Promotion Winner by the public authorities, recognizing them as extremist and (or) terrorist;
then in this case, such Promotion Prize shall be considered unclaimed and cannot be reclaimed by the corresponding Winner, and shall be used by the Promoter at its own discretion.
10.13. The Promoter shall not be responsible for the work of Internet service providers, telecommunication operators, any errors of postal, courier or other services, as a result of which the postal and electronic items were not received or arrived with a delay, were lost or damaged.
10.14. Promotion Participants shall be responsible for ensuring that their mobile phone numbers are available for incoming calls and incoming text messages during the entire Promotion Period.
10.15. The Promotion Winner may not transfer the right to get Promotion Prize to a third party. It shall be prohibited to replace the won prize with other Promotion prize. Monetary equivalent of prizes shall not be paid out.
10.16. Number of Promotion prizes shall be limited and make the number specified in these Rules. The obligations of the Promoter to award prizes to the Participants shall be limited to the total size of the Prize Fund specified in clauses 7.2 and 7.3 hereof. Therefore, a Promotion Participant shall not claim any compensation, including monetary compensation.
10.17. Payment of individual income tax, arising at the Winners in connection with the receipt of Promotion prizes, shall be carried out by the Promoter as a tax agent at its own expense and independently in accordance with the tax legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Taxation of the Winners, who have received the Prize, shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10.18. Any other payments, pay ment of fees to the budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, commissions and other additional payments arising to the Winner in connection with the receipt, possession and disposal of the Promotion prize, shall be carried out by the Promoter.


11. EXPENSES. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
11.1. The Promoter and the Technical Partner shall not be liable for:
11.1.1. the Participant’s non-performance (untimely performance) of obligations related to participation in the Promotion and (or) prize obtaining;
11.1.2. failure to familiarize the Participants with the Promotion Rules, as well as failure to familiarize them with the Promotion results;
11.1.3. failure to receive letters, phone calls and/or e-mails from Participants, including those caused by fault of postal or communication service providers, due to technical problems and/or fraudulent use of the Internet and/or communication channels used during the Promotion.
11.1.4. failure in receiving (untimely receiving) from the Winners of documents and/or information required to obtain the Prize;
11.1.5. receipt from the Participants of incomplete and/or incorrect contact and/or other information, personal data necessary to hold the Promotion and transfer the Prizes.
11.1.6. for any technical failures, malfunctions, preventive maintenance and other failures of cellular operators, Internet providers, which occurred through no fault of the Promoter;
11.1.7. for any expenses and (or) losses incurred by the Participant in connection with participation in the Promotion and (or) obtaining the Prize;
11.1.8. in case of force majeure circumstances (force majeure), including imposition of the state of emergency and/or sanitary/epidemiological restrictions/prohibitions in connection with COVID-19.
11.2. All Participants of the Promotion independently pay all and any expenses incurred by them in connection with participation in the Promotion (including, and without limitation, expenses associated with use of mobile operator services, the Internet, obtaining any information on the Promotion, purchase of a promo product, etc.).
11.3. The Promoter and the Technical Partner shall not be responsible for any disputes concerning the right for Promotion prizes. In any case, the Promoter shall make the final decision regarding the disputes and such a decision shall not be subject to appeal.
The Promoter and the Technical Partner shall not interfere in case of disputes about ownership of the mobile phone number, e-mail address, Promotional Product, a unique Participant code, physical or virtual Korzinka Loyalty Card, receipt to a particular individual. All such disputes shall be resolved between the parties to the conflict independently and at their own expense.
11.4. The Promoter and the Technical Partner shall not be responsible for the operation of Internet providers, communication operators, any errors of postal, courier or other services, as a result of which postal and electronic items did not arrive or arrived with a delay, were lost or damaged.
11.5. The Promoter and the Technical Partner shall not be responsible for further use of the awarded Prize after its receipt by the Promotion Winner, and for inability of the Promotion Winner and/or to use the provided Prize for any reasons. The manufacturer shall be responsible for the quality of the Prize and its warranty service (if any).
11.6. The awarded Prize may be used only by the persons who are the Participants. No actions, transactions, operations where the Prize is the subject of a transaction or a means of payment shall be allowed.
11.7. The Promoter and the Technical Partner at their own discretion, taking into account the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and these Rules may invalidate all applications for participation, as well as prohibit further participation in this Promotion to any person who forges or profits from forging documents of participation in the Promotion, or acts in violation of these Rules, acting, or performing improper acts with the intent to annoy, insult, threaten or harass any other person, who may be associated with this Promotion, as well as violates the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11.8. The Promoter and the Technical Partner shall reserve the right to impose additional technical restrictions to prevent fraud in the Promotion at any time. In case any attempt of dishonest behavior of any Participant is detected, his/her winnings shall be cancelled and the Participant shall be disqualified from further participation in the Promotion.
11.9. The Promoter and the Technical Partner shall independently evaluate the integrity of participation in the Promotion on the basis of the technical facilities of the Promoter and taking into account the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and these Rules.
11.10. The Promoter and the Technical Partner shall not be liable in the event of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, fire, flooding, military actions of any nature, blockades, pandemic-related quarantine measures, significant changes in the legislation in force on the territory of the Promotion, other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, as provided by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.


12. PERSONAL DATA
12.1. Becoming a Participant of the Promotion, the Participant undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date (reliable) data, and willingly and unselfishly provides Promoter and his authorized representative with consent to collect, process, transfer, including cross-border, use, store personal data and other information provided by Participant in cases and to the extent provided for by the legislation of the RUz, particularly Law of the RUz “On Personal Data” No.ZRU-547, dated June 21, 2019, and the present Rules.
  12.2. In order to participate in the Promotion and receive a Prize as part of the Promotion, the Participant shall provide the Promoter with the information (including his personal data) specified by this Offer (Rules), in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the current legislation of the RUz.
12.3. Becoming a Participant of the Promotion, each Participant hereby shall confirm his/her consent to the Promoter’s use of the information provided by the Participant, including, but not limited to, personal data, in marketing and/or any other advertising activities, which do not contradict the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in particular to free use of his/her name, last name, photo, interview or other materials about him/her with advertising/marketing purposes, including the right to publish (name and photographs) in mass media, any printed, audio and video materials, media interviews, in case of receiving a Prize, as well as to send information, messages (including advertising), etc., without any restrictions on the territory, time and manner of use, and such use shall in no way be reimbursed by the Promoter.
12.4. Becoming a Participant of the Promotion, the Promotion Winner shall grant the Promoter and its authorized person the right to use his personal data, including, but not limited to, photo, interview, phone number, e-mail and (or) other materials about him for advertising and (or) marketing purposes of the Promoter, in particular, but not limited to: the Promoter and its authorized person shall be granted the right to publish the Participant’s data and materials in the media, any printed publications, in the Internet, without any restrictions on the territory, time and manner of use; and such use shall in no way be reimbursed (paid) to the Participant by the Promoter.
12.5. Becoming a Participant of the Promotion, each Participant gives his/her consent to receive SMS messages, news and other informational/advertising messages (mailings) to his/her mobile phone number, e-mail address, without time limitation, from the Promoter and its authorized representative in the future.


13. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
13.1. Promotional Product purchased through the LeBazar.uz online store shall be also recorded and accepted by the Promoter as an Application for participation in the Promotion.
13.2. Becoming a Participant of the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges that he/she is familiar with, and gives full and unconditional/unreserved consent to all the Rules and conditions of participation in the Promotion.
13.3. The Promoter may change and/or supplement the rules of the Promotion during the entire duration of the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the Promotion, Promotion Rules and Terms at any time, as well as the Promoter has the right to terminate the Promotion ahead of time. Modification and/or addition to the Promotion Rules may be possible if they are approved by the Promoter and published on the website of the Promoter.
13.4. The Promoter shall have the right, at its own discretion, without explaining reasons to Participants and without entering into correspondence with them, to invalidate any actions of Promotion Participants, as well as to prohibit further participation in the Promotion, to refuse receiving a Prize to any person in respect of whom the Promoter has reasonable suspicions that the Participant falsifies data or takes advantage from any data forgery.
13.5. In the event of a situation that opens an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any controversial issues and / or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Promoter in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
13.6. In all matters not provided hereby, the Promoter, the Technical Partner, the Participants /Winners of the Promotion shall be governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
13.7. Responsibilities of the parties, as well as the dispute resolution procedure shall be established in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
13.8. The validity period of this Public Offer shall be until the end of the Promotion period.
