PUBLIC OFFER

participation of individuals in the action of "ALPHAZET TECHNOLOGIES" LLC
This offer is valid on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan from the date of its publication.

1. General provisions

1.1. ALPHAZET TECHNOLOGIES LLC, legal address: 100019, Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Shaykhantokhur district, Labzak array, next to house 22, providing services in accordance with AA License No. 0005567 for "Provision of services of TV distribution networks", hereinafter referred to as the "Provider", hereby provides interested individuals (hereinafter referred to as Participant), accepting this offer on the terms of participation in the "World Cup 2022 " (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion").

1.2. Technical Partner of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Partner"): IB LLC "ANGLESEY FOOD", a legal entity established according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, TIN 202 099 756, located at the address: Republic of Uzbekistan, 100066, Tashkent, Turob Tula str., 57. Beshyogoch bazaar territory.

1.3. The following concepts are used in this Public Offer:

"Acceptance" means the Participant's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the offer and his willingness to become a participant in the promotion and the draw.

"Promotion" is a marketing event conducted by a Provider aimed at forming and increasing Customer loyalty.

The "Organizer of the promotion" is ALPHAZET TECHNOLOGIES LLC.

The "Offer" is this document, which is a public offer

ALPHAZET TECHNOLOGIES LLC, addressed to any individual to conclude a contract on the terms contained in the offer, including all its appendices.

"Personal data" means any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).

"Participant of the action" – an individual who has reached the age of eighteen, who has expressed voluntary consent to join the action by accepting a public offer.

"Promo code" is a special combination of letters and numbers, when activated, you can get a discount on a certain service / product or on the entire amount of the service / order.

"Personal account" is a user's personal page or personal account, which is created after registration on the website, in a mobile application.

An "active subscription" is a service provided for temporary use from a provider.

"Territory of the Promotion" - The promotion is held on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter – RUz.) in the supermarket chain "Korzinka", "Korzinka" DISKONT and "Smart", located on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the exception of supermarkets "Koriznka" DISKONT, operating under a franchise and located at the addresses: Republic of Karakalpakstan, Nukus city , Ernazar Alakuz Street, house 162 and Kashkadarya region, Shakhrisabz city, Maftunkor Street, house 35.

 

 

2. Subject of the contract

2.1. This Public Offer establishes the rules for the participation of individuals in the promotion and in the drawing in accordance with the following conditions by performing the actions specified below.

2.2. From the moment of registration in the promotion, the Participant enters into a relationship with the Provider and fully and unconditionally accepts the conditions for participation in the promotion, undertakes to fulfill them.

2.3. The action "World Cup 2022 " is held among an indefinite circle of people in order to create and maintain interest, form a positive image and consumer demand for the Provider's services, as well as in order to increase sales of this service.

The promotion is not a lottery, a gambling game, does not require payment from Participants for participation.

The promotion period is from 12.12.2022 to 8:00 p.m. 18.12.2022.

All the terms specified in these Rules are calculated according to the time of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Participation in the promotion

3.1. Only capable individuals aged 18 years and older can participate in the promotion: citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan (RUz) and foreign citizens who have a residence permit in the RUz and permanently reside in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (RUz), registered in the Loyalty Program and are the holder of the current/ an active Loyalty Card of the Korzinka retail chain.(here, above and further jointly – "Participants", and separately – "Participant")..

3.2. All people accepting this Public Offer (Participants):

- interested in participating in the promotion;

- familiarized with the rules of the promotion and the draw;

- inform after familiarization with the terms of the Public Offer about the acceptance of all its conditions.

3.3. Participation in the Promotion is not allowed:

• employees of the Organizer;

• peoplerecognized as affiliated with the Organizer of the Action;

• employees and representatives of third parties who have established civil and other relations with the Organizer and are related to the organization and (or) holding of the Promotion, the sale of promotional products;

• close relatives, full and incomplete (having a common father or mother) brothers and sisters of the above persons;

• persons who have not fulfilled the conditions of these Promotion Rules;

• foreign citizens (citizens of other states) and stateless persons.

 

3.4. In case of revealing the fact of participation in the Promotion of persons who do not comply with the conditions of paragraphs 3,1, 3,3. of these Rules and other sections of these Rules, the Organizer has the right to refuse such persons to participate in the Promotion and / or receive a prize.

4. Terms of the promotion

4.1. While buying goods in the supermarket chain "Korzinka ", "Korzinka" DISKONT and "Smart", located on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the exception of supermarkets "Korzinka" DISKONT, operating under a franchise and located at the addresses: Republic of Karakalpakstan, Nukus city, Ernazar Alakuz street, house 162 and Kashkadarya region, Shakhrisabz city, Maftunkor Street, house 35 for a total amount of 150,000 soums, or more and the provision of a physical loyalty card of the Korzinka retail chain or a virtual loyalty card of the Korzinka retail chain registered in the Korzinka GO app available for free on Google Play and App Store), to a cashier in one of the supermarket chains, the buyer receives a universal promo code from the organizer by SMS message to the number specified during registration of loyalty card. The promo code must be activated through the iTV organizer's app (available for free on Google Play and the App Store), after logging into your personal account, in the "Profile" section -> "Promo Codes" -> "Activate promo code", or through the website https://itv.uz after logging in to your personal account in the "Account" section -> "Promo Codes" -> "Activate promo code", before the end of the promotion period specified in clause 2.3.

4.2. During the promotion period, SMS messages can be received only once, after the first purchase for a total amount of 150,000 soums or more.

4.3. After fulfilling the conditions in clause 4.1. the user receives 7 days of free subscription to use the services of the organizer, iTV.

4.4. The promo code is universal and valid for activation until 31.01.2023.

4.5. Participants participate in the Promotion using a physical loyalty card of the Korzinka and Smart retail chain or a virtual loyalty card of the Korzinka and Smart retail chain registered in the KorzinkaGO application.

4.6. The organizer has the right to suspend the promotion at the discretion of the participant's actions of elements of abuse of the offer, unfair actions and/or violation of this offer and/or abuse of privileges granted to participants within the framework of the promotion.

4.7. IB LLC "ANGLESEY FOOD" and stores of the Korzinka and Smart retail chain do not accept appeals and claims regarding the Promotion.

 

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

5.1. The Organizer has the right to make changes and additions to this offer.

5.2. The Participant undertakes to independently monitor changes and additions to this offer.

5.3. If the Organizer is forced to suspend the promotion due to circumstances beyond his control (force major), in this case the participants are notified of such suspension at any reasonable time.

            6. Confidentiality and protection of personal data

6.1. The participant of the promotion provides the organizer with his personal data and agrees to their collection, processing, systematization, updating, use and storage for the purposes of the promotion.

6.2. The organizer undertakes not to disclose the information received from the participant. It is not considered a violation for the organizer to provide information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the organizer to fulfill obligations to the participant of the shares.

6.3. It is not considered a violation of non-disclosure obligations in accordance with reasonable and applicable requirements of the law.

6.4. The program Participant agrees to receive informational messages from the Provider via SMS, e-mail or applications for calls and messages containing information about the promotion, as well as surveys on the quality of service.

 

          7. Dispute resolution procedure

7.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from this offer are resolved through negotiations between the Parties, and in case of failure to reach an agreement in the manner provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8.2. In accordance with Articles 369 and 370 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan), an offer containing all the essential terms of the contract, from which the will of the person making the offer is seen, to conclude a contract on the terms specified in the offer with anyone who responds, is recognized as an offer (public offer), and the commission by the person who received an offer, actions to fulfill the conditions specified in it, is considered to be the conclusion of a contract by the person who performed the specified action with the person who made the corresponding offer.

8.3. This Public Offer and its annexes have been developed on the basis of the Rules for the Provision of Telecommunications Services approved by Order No. 208-mh dated 30.06.2020. The Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan (MY No. 3275 dated 30.06.2020).

8.4. In everything that is not provided for by these Rules, the Organizer and Participants/The winners of the Promotion are guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
