     RULES OF THE PROMOTION "MIX OREO IN YOUR WAY" (HEREINAFTER THE "RULES")


1.   The PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN "MIX OREO IN YOUR WAY" (hereinafter the "Promotion") is held among an indefinite circle of people to create and maintain interest, build a positive image and consumer demand for products under the Oreo® trademark, as well as to increase sales of these products. The promotion is not a lottery, or a gambling game, and does not require Participants to pay a fee for participation.


2. INFORMATION ABOUT THE CLIENT, PROMOTER, AND TECHNICAL PARTNERS OF THE PROMOTION

2.1. The Client of the Promotion: Mondelez Rus, LLC, Russia (hereinafter the "Client"), located at the address: Russia, 601123, Pokrov, Vladimir Region, Petushinsky District, Franz Stolwerk Street, 10. Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 3321020710.

2.2. The Promoter: The contractor of the Promotion is Urban Media, LLP, a legal entity established according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Business Identification Number (BIN): 050840004119, located at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, 050004, Almaty, 135 Zhibek Zholy Avenue, Office and Retail Complex"Zhibek Zholy", Block 2, Floor 10, Office 2104 (hereinafter the "Promoter"), acting on the Client's order.

2.4.  The operator of the Promotion: Urban Media Alliance, LLC, a legal entity established under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 306708505, located at the address: Republic of Uzbekistan 10000, Tashkent, Yakkasarai District, Bobura Street, 77, Business Center "Bobur77", Floor 1, Office 116, (hereinafter the "Operator") 

2.5. Technical Partner of the Promotion: ANGLESEY FOOD, IE LLC, a legal entity established according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 202 099 756, located at the address: Republic of Uzbekistan, 100066, Tashkent, Turob Tula Street, Bld. 57E, Besh Egoch Bazaar Territory, (hereinafter the "Technical Partner").


3. PROMOTION TERM

3.1. Promotion Term: from November 28, 2022 to December 30, 2022 (inclusive) (hereinafter the "Promotion Term" or "Promotion Period").

3.2. The period of purchase of Promotional products: from 00:00 of November 28, 2022 to 23:59 of December 25, 2022 (inclusive).

3.4. The deadline for determining the Winners of the Promotion: from December 5 to December 27, 2022 (inclusive) according to the Schedule of prize draws specified in Clause 9.2 of the Promotion Rules;

3.5. The deadline for awarding Prizes to the Winners of the Promotion: until December 30, 2022. (inclusive).

3.6. All the terms specified in these Rules are counted according to the time of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.


4. TERRITORY, PROMOTION WEBSITE, AND INFORMATION PROVISION PROCEDURE

4.1. The Promotion is held throughout the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter the "RUz") in the stores of the "Korzinka" retail chain:

4.2. Informing Participants about the procedure for participation in the Promotion, the conditions of the Promotion (including their changes and additions), provided for:

1) on the official website of the Technical Partner of the Promotion https://korzinka.uz / (above, in this clause and hereafter the "Website")

2) by other means at the discretion of the Operator, the Promoter, and/or the Client.

3) Email for inquiries regarding the Promotion: mdlz.consumer@mdlz.com .

4.3. The Promoter and/or the Client has the right to change the conditions of the Promotion at any time, terminate it prematurely, and publish additional information about the Promotion. Updated (additional) information on the Promotion and its conditions are subject to publishing on the Website within 3 (three) business days from the date of approval by the Client of such a change (update).

4.4. The Client, the Promoter, the Operator, and the Technical Partner reserve the right not to enter into written negotiations or other contacts with the Participants of the Promotion, except in cases provided for by these Rules, the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in case of disputes.

4.5. The Promoter and the Client are fully responsible for the conduct and results of the Promotion.

4.6. Anglesey Food, IE LLC, and stores of the "Korzinka" retail chain do not accept appeals and claims regarding the Promotion and are not responsible for the conduct and results of the Promotion.


5. PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT

5.1. The Promotion covers the following products under the Oreo® trademark (hereinafter the "Promotional Product"):

5.2. Promotional Products must be purchased by the Participant within the period specified in Clause 3.2. of the Promotion Rules in the "Korzinka" retail chain, according to the Schedule of prize draws specified in Clause 9.2 of the Promotion Rules (section "Period of purchase of Promotional Products")


6. PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS

6.1. Capable individuals aged 16 years and older can take part in the Promotion, including citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan (RUz) and foreign citizens who have a residence permit in the RUz and permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (RUz), registered in the Loyalty Program and are the holder of the active Loyalty Card of the "Korzinka" retail chain (above, in this clause and hereinafter jointly as the "Participants", and separately as the "Participant").

6.2. Participation in the Promotion of persons aged 16 to 18 years is allowed only with the consent of parents, guardians, and other persons specified in this clause of the Rules, provided they are fully capable.

6.3. Following persons are not allowed to participate in the Promotion:

• employees of the Client and/or the Promoter, Technical Partner;

• persons recognized as affiliated with the Promoter, Technical Partners, and/or the Client;

• employees and representatives of third parties who have established civil and other relations with the Promoter and/or the Client and are associated with the organization and/or the conduct of the Promotion, the sale of the Client products;

• close relatives of the above persons;

•stateless persons and citizens of other states who do not have a residence permit in the RUz.

6.4. In case of revealing the fact of participation in the Promotion of citizens who do not comply with the conditions of Clauses 6.1., 6.2., 6.3. and other sections of these Rules, the Promoter has the right to refuse such persons to participate in the Promotion and/or receive a prize.


7. PRIZE FUND FOR THE PROMOTION

7.1. The prize fund of the Promotion is formed at the expense of the Client's funds, and includes Weekly and Main prizes (above, in this clause and hereinafter the "Promotion Prizes").

7.2. Weekly prizes:

·        Certificate of the "Korzinka" retail chain with a nominal value of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) soums; 40 (forty) pcs, for the entire Promotion Period;

·        Certificate of the "Korzinka" retail chain with a nominal value of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) soums; 20 (twenty) pcs, for the entire Promotion Period;

·        Certificate of the "Korzinka" retail chain with a nominal value of 500,000 (three hundred thousand) soums; 12 (twenty) pcs, for the entire Promotion Period;

·        Bosch MUMS2EB02 kitchen machine; 4 (four) pcs, for the entire Promotion Period;

·        Polaris PKM 1003 food processor; 4 (four) pcs, for the entire Promotion Period;

·        BRAUN MQ5245WH blender; 4 (four) pcs for the entire Promotion Period;

·         Tefal WD170D38 waffle maker; 4 (four) pcs for the entire Promotion Period;

7.4.  Main prizes:

• "Certificate of the "Korzinka" retail chain with a nominal value of 2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand) soums" (hereinafter the "Main Prize").

The total number of Main Prizes is 3 (three) pcs for the entire Promotion Period

7.5. The Client reserves the right to change the prize fund of the Promotion, including changing the number, contents, type, and other characteristics of prizes. In this case, the prizes must be commensurate in value with the replaced ones.

7.6. The appearance of the Promotion Prizes, their size, pattern, packaging color, and other characteristics may not coincide with the images presented in the promotional materials and with the personal expectations of the Participants. The manufacturer of these products is responsible for the quality of the goods provided as Promotion Prizes.

 


8. CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must perform the following sequence of actions within the Promotion Term specified in Section 3 of these Rules:

8.1. Purchase at least 2 (two) pcs of Promotional Products in 1 (one) fiscal receipt specified in Clause 5.1. of these Rules, during the period specified in Clause 3.2. of these Rules, in any store of the "Korzinka" retail chain specified in Clause 4.1. using a "Korzinka" and "Smart" retail chain loyalty card or the KorzinkaGO application (hereinafter the "Loyalty Card" and/or the "Korzinka" retail chain Loyalty Card");

8.1.1.  The number of Promotional Products purchased by the Participant is not limited;

8.1.2. Promotional Products in the Receipt must be marked with the name according to Clause 5.1. of the Promotion Rules;

8.2. Get the receipt of the cash register from the cashier of the "Korzinka" retail chain store (above, in this clause and further – the "Fiscal Receipt" or the "Receipt");

8.2.1. Only Receipts with indicated Promotional Products purchased within the Term are accepted for participation in the Promotion, according to Clause 3.2. of these Rules.

8.2.2. Receipts received not from "Korzinka" chain stores are not accepted for participation in the Promotion.

8.4. Fiscal Receipts that do not contain an indication of Promotional Products that do not meet the requirements of the legislation of the RUz establishing the form and content of receipts of cash registers are not accepted for participation in the Promotion.

8.5. 1 (one) fiscal receipt, with at least 2 (two) or more pcs of Promotional Products specified in it, purchased during the corresponding period specified in Clause 9.2. of these Rules (section "Period of purchase of Promotional Products") is 1 (one) Application for participation in the corresponding Prize draws (hereinafter the "Application") specified in Clause 9.2. of the Rules (sections "Date of determination of Winners" and "Number and type of Prizes").

1 (one) Fiscal Receipt, with at least 2 (two) or more pcs of Promotional products indicated in it = 1 (one) Application for participation in the draws of the Promotion Prizes.

8.6. If more than 2 (two) pcs of Promotional Products are indicated in 1 (one) Fiscal Receipt, then this Fiscal Receipt will be considered as 1 (one) Application for participation in the draws of the Promotion Prizes;

8.7. The more Applications submitted by the Participant (Fiscal Receipt) to participate in the draws in the corresponding periods specified in Clause 9.2. of the Rules (section "Period of purchase of Promotional Products"), the higher their chances of becoming the Winner of the Promotion (the winner of the Promotion Prize/Prizes).

8.8. If the Participant became the Winner of the Promotion (the owner of any Promotion Prize/Prizes), the Application under which the Prize was won is automatically canceled, and for subsequent participation in the Promotion, the Participant must purchase products again according to the conditions of the Promotion Rules.


9. DETERMINING THE WINNERS OF THE PROMOTION

9.1. For the entire Promotion Period, the Promoter will conduct:

- 4 (four) Weekly Prize Draw (hereinafter the "Weekly Draw") and

- 1 (one) Main Prize Draw (hereinafter the "Main Draw")

according to the Prize Drawing Schedule of the Promotion (hereinafter the "Prize Drawing Schedule"), defined in Clause 9.2. of these Rules.

9.2. The winners of the Weekly Prizes and the Main Prizes are determined randomly using an automated system that has been developed for this Promotion, among the Participants who have fulfilled the conditions specified in Section 8 of the Rules during the relevant Periods (hereinafter the "Promotional Products Purchase Period") specified in the "Prize Drawing Schedule" below:

The Main Prize is the "Certificate of the "Korzinka" trading network" with a nominal value of 2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand) sum; 3 pcs


*The schedule of the Promotion Prize draws can be adjusted by the Promoter taking into account weekends and holidays established by the legislation of the RUz, as well as in the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or the Client.

9.3. Any Drawing is held only if the number of registered

Participants in the Promotion by the date of the Draw exceed the number of Prizes being drawn, at least 3 (three) times.

9.4. If the period for determining the Winner of prizes has expired, and the number of Registered

Participants by the date of the Weekly/Main Draw do not comply with Clause 9.3 of these Promotion Rules, then the determination of potential Prize Winners is postponed to the next period of determining Winners, and the total number of Prizes to be distributed in the next period of determining Prize Winners increases by the number of Prizes not distributed in the previous period.

9.5.   On the Date of the Drawing and the determination of the Winners, the Promoter determines the Main Winners and Reserve (Alternative) Winners (hereinafter the "Alternative Winner").  The number of Main Winners within each Draw must be equivalent to the number of prizes drawn within the Draw;

The number of Alternative Winners within each Draw:

- on Weekly drawing – 20 (twenty) participants,

- on Main Prize draw – 6 (six) participants.

The Promoter determines Alternative Winners for possible replacement of the Main Winner, in case the Main Winner violates the conditions of the Promotion or otherwise the Winner does not comply with the conditions of the Promotion.

The Promoter is not obliged to disclose the names of Participants who were included in such a list of Reserve (Alternative) Winners.

9.6.           Within 1 (one) business day from the date of determining the Winners of the Prizes, the Technical Partner contacts the Winners by making a call to the phone number of the Winner assigned to the "Korzinka" retail chain Loyalty Card to obtain consent from the Winner to transfer their personal data to the Promoter for their further processing for the award of the Prize/Prizes. If the phone of the Winner of the Promotion is out of the access zone, or the Winner of the Promotion does not answer the call within 24 hours, or for any other technical reasons beyond the control of the Technical Partner of the Promotion, as well as if the Winner does not consent to the provision of his personal data to the Promoter, the Winner loses their chance to win, without the possibility to challenge the decision of the Promoter, and the Prize will be reassigned to an Alternative Winner. If an Alternative Winner can't be reached, the Prize goes to the next Alternative Winner.

9.7.           After receiving the Winners' consent to transfer their personal data to the Promoter, the Technical Partner transmits the Winners' personal data to the Promoter, then the Promoter's operator contacts the Winners within 3 business days to find out the information necessary for awarding the prize. If the phone of the Winner of the Promotion is out of the access zone, or the Winner of the Promotion does not answer the call within 72 hours, or for any other technical reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Winner loses their chance to win, without the opportunity to challenge the decision of the Promoter, and the Prize will be reassigned to an Alternative Winner. If an Alternative Winner can't be reached, the Prize goes to the next Alternative Winner.

9.8. The mobile phone number assigned to the Participant when registering the "Korzinka" retail chain Loyalty Card

must be retained by the Participant during the entire Promotion Term specified in Section 3 of these Rules. In case of alienation of the mobile phone number to third parties, or change of the registered mobile phone number, the Winner (and/or Alternative Winner) loses the right to receive the Promotion Prize. Re-registration with a different phone number is not allowed.

9.9. 1 (one) Participant can repeatedly take part in Weekly Draws subject to

the fulfillment of the conditions and requirements specified in Clause 8.7., Clause 9.2., of these Rules, while 1 (one) participant can receive no more than 1 (one) prize within the 1 (one) Weekly Draw and no more than 4 (four) Weekly Prizes for the entire Promotion Period.

9.10.        1 (one) Participant can receive no more than 1 (one) Main Prize for the entire

Promotion Period.


10.   CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING PRIZES

10.1.    To receive the Weekly and/or Main Prize, the Winner must provide the Technical Partner with consent to transfer personal data to the Promoter under the conditions of Clause 9.6. of the Promotion Rules.

10.2.    To receive the Weekly and/or the Main Prize, the Winner must, within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of receipt of the notification from the Promoter (Clause 9.7. of these Rules), send it to the Promoter's email address operatoruz@urbanmedia.uz (provide to the Promoter) the following documents and/or personal information:

10.2.1.   Last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of the Winner;

10.2.2.   The full and exact residence address of the Winner;

10.2.3.   A copy of a valid passport with 2 (two) sides'.

The Winner's passport must contain an Individual Identification Number (IIN).

10.2.4.   In the absence of an IIN of a foreign citizen in the document certifying a residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan (RUz), the IIN details are provided additionally;

10.2.5.   Photo or scanned copy of the Prize Award Certificate signed by the Winner, with the further provision of the signed original of the Award Certificate to the Promoter by courier service;

10.2.6.   Photo or scanned copy of the Consent to the transfer of personal data to the Promoter, signed by the Winner, with the further provision of the signed original Consent to the transfer and processing of personal data to the Promoter by courier service.

10.3.        The Winner of the Promotion, who does not fulfill the conditions of these Rules, loses the right to receive Prizes (Weekly and/or Main). In this case, the Client of the Promotion disposes of such a Prize at their discretion.

10.4.        Weekly/Main Promotion Prizes will be sent to the Winner at the expense of the Promoter (at the Promoter's choice) by courier service to the address of actual residence indicated by the Winner, according to Clause 10.2.2. of these Rules, within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of recognition of such participant of the Promotion as the Winner, and in the case, the clarification of information / receipt of documents will be required – from the date of receipt from the Winner of the necessary information (documents) specified in Clause 10.2., and in case such a Winner fulfills all the conditions of these Rules.

10.5.        The Participant of the Promotion loses the right acquired by them to receive the corresponding prize without any compensation, including monetary, in the following cases, regardless of the time at which the specified circumstances became known:

10.5.1.   if the Participant of the Promotion is recognized as a violator of these Rules before the moment of awarding them the corresponding prize;

10.5.2.   if the Participant of the Promotion verbally or in writing through electronic communication declares their refusal to receive the prize;

10.5.3.   if it is impossible to identify the Participant of the Promotion;

10.5.4.   after 3 (three) unsuccessful attempts to contact such a Winner;

10.5.5.   if the Winner refuses to provide their personal data to the Promoter;

10.5.6.   if the Winner refuses to provide all the necessary information specified in Clause 10.2. of these Rules within the specified time.

10.6.    Obligations of the Client/Promoter for the awarding of prizes are considered completed from the moment of providing the corresponding prizes for sending. Client/Promoter is not responsible for the actions/omissions of the courier service.

10.7.    The right of ownership of the prize passes to the Winner from the moment such a prize is awarded to them, and the Winner of the Promotion independently takes all measures related to the sale and use of the Promotion prize owned by them.

10.8.    If the Winner of the Promotion can't send/receive the Prize by December 30, 2022, for reasons beyond the control of the Client/Promoter, including, but not limited to following cases:

- deletion of the Winner's email address or loss of access to the email address;

- The Winner entered an incorrect email address;

- failures, malfunctions, errors in the operation of computer systems, mail servers, in the internet provider network;

- failures, errors, and malfunctions on the internet;

- absence/blocking of Internet, electricity;

- failures, malfunctions, errors in the operation of banking systems, blocking of a bank card, providing incorrect bank card details;

- blocking of postal services and/or websites with the postal addresses of the Winner of the Promotion by state authorities, recognizing them as extremist and/or terrorist,

such a prize of the Promotion is considered unclaimed, cannot be claimed by the corresponding Winner again, and is used by the Client of the Promotion at their discretion.

10.9.    The participants of the Promotion are responsible for ensuring the reachability of their mobile numbers for incoming calls and incoming text messages during the entire Promotion Period.

10.10. The right to receive a Promotion Prize cannot be transferred by the Winner of the Promotion to a third party.

10.11.  It is not allowed to replace the won prize with other Promotion Prizes (except for Clause 7.5. of these Rules). The cash equivalent of prizes is not paid. Replacement of Weekly Promotion Prizes with cash or any other equivalent is not allowed. Prizes cannot be returned.

10.12. The number of Promotion Prizes is limited and amounts to the number specified in these Rules. The Promoter's obligations to award prizes to Participants are limited to the total size of the Prize Fund as specified in Clause 7.2., Clause 7.3. and Clause 7.4. of these Rules. In this connection, the Participant of the Promotion cannot claim any compensation, including monetary one.

10.13. An individual who received a prize as part of participation in a public offer Promotion lasting more than 15 days, according to Paragraph 14, Part 2 of Article 369 of the Tax Code of the RUz, does not pay personal income tax. Payment of individual income tax arising from the Winners in connection with the receipt of the Promotion Prizes is carried out by the Operator of the Promotion as a tax agent independently following the tax legislation of the RUz.

10.14. Making of other payments, payment of fees to the budget of the RUz (or) other countries, commissions, and other additional payments arising from the Winner in connection with the receipt, possession, and disposal of the Promotion Prize is carried out by the Winner independently.


11. EXPENSES. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1. Neither the Promoter nor the Client is liable for:

11.1.1. Non-fulfillment (untimely fulfillment) by the Participants of obligations related to participation in the Promotion and/or receiving prizes;

11.1.2. Not familiarizing Participants with the Rules of the Promotion, as well as not familiarizing them with the results of the Promotion;

11.1.3. Non-receipt of letters, calls, and/or electronic messages from Participants, including through the fault of the postal service, or communication organizations, as a result of technical problems and/or fraud on the internet and/or communication channels used during the Promotion;

11.1.4. Non-receipt (untimely receipt) from Participants of documents and/or information required to provide them with Prizes;

11.1.5. Receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact and/or other information from Participants, or personal data necessary for the Promotion and the providing of Prizes;

11.1.6. Any technical failures, malfunctions, preventive maintenance, etc. of mobile carriers, or internet service providers that have arisen through no fault of the Promoter;

11.1.7. Any expenses and/or losses incurred by the Participant in connection with participation in the Promotion and/or receipt of the Prize.

11.1.8. In case of force majeure circumstances, including the implementation of a state of emergency and/or sanitary and epidemiological restrictions or bans in connection with COVID-19.

11.2.        All Participants of the Promotion independently pay for any expenses incurred by them in connection with participation in the Promotion (including, without limitation, expenses related to using the internet, obtaining any information about the Promotion, buying a Promotional Product, etc.).

11.3.         The Promoter and/or the Promotion Client are not responsible for any disputes related to the right to the Promotion Prizes. In any case, the final decision regarding disputes is made by the Client and such a decision is not subject to appeal.

11.4.        Neither the Promoter, the Client, the Operator, nor the Technical Partner enters into a dispute, in case of disputes about the ownership of a mobile phone number, email address, Promotional Product, or receipt by a particular person. All such disputes are resolved between the parties to the conflict independently and at their own expense.


12. PERSONAL DATA

12.1.  By taking part in the Promotion, the Participant undertakes to indicate accurate and up-to-date (reliable)

data, as well as, acting on its own will and in its interests, provide the Promoter, the Client, the Technical Partner, or the persons authorized by them with the consent to the collection, processing, and transfer, including cross-border, use, storage of personal data and other information provided by the Participant in cases and to the extent provided by the legislation of the RUz, in particular The Law of the RUz "On зersonal вata" dated June 21, 2019, No. ZRU-547, and these Rules.

The personal data of the participants of the Promotion must be securely protected, excluding unauthorized access to them by third parties.

12.2. By taking part in the Promotion, the Participant in the Promotion provides the Promoter, the Client,

or the persons authorized by them with the right to use their personal data, with prior written consent, photographs, interviews, phone numbers, e-mail and/or other materials about them for the advertising and/or marketing purposes of the Client, in particular, but not limited to the following: The Client, the Promoter, or the persons authorized by them are granted the right to publish the Participant's data and the materials in the media, any printed publications, the internet, without any restrictions on the territory, time and method of use; and such use will not be reimbursed (paid for) in any way to the Participant by the Promoter or the Client of the Promotion.

12.3. By taking part in the Promotion, each Participant agrees without a time limit

to receive SMS messages, news, and other information or advertising messages (mailings) from the Client, the Promoter, and their authorized persons to their mobile phone number, and e-mail address in the future.

12.4. The Participant has the right to refuse to receive this information at any time

by sending a corresponding written message to the email address oreo.promo2022@gmail.com.

12.5. Participants give their consent to the fact that data and information, voluntarily provided by them for

holding the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter and/or the Operator and Technical Partner, as well as persons authorized by them, using automated data processing tools.

12.6. The Participant has the right to withdraw their consent provided under Clause 12.2. at any time. In case of receiving notification of withdrawal of the Participant's consent, the Promoter, the Client, and/or persons authorized by them stop processing the personal data of such Participant and destroy the personal data within a period not exceeding ten business days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal. At the same time, the Participant's further participation in the Promotion and receiving the Promotion Prizes are not allowed.

12.7. Consent to processing, collection, and transfer, including cross-border, use, and storage 

of personal data and information is provided by the Participant of the Promotion for a period from the date of the beginning of the Promotion and valid until 20.01.2023 inclusive. Personal data and information of the Participants of the Promotion are stored and processed following the requirements of the legislation of the RUz under the confidentiality conditions until the expiration of the period specified in this clause of the Rules, after which the personal data and information of the Participants are subject to destruction by the Promoter and/or the Client.


13. OTHER CONDITIONS

13.1. By taking part in the Promotion, the Participant confirms the:

13.1.1. Familiarization and their full and unconditional consent with all the Rules and conditions of participation in the Promotion.

13.1.2. Their consent to the use of photographic materials with their image, interviews, and other materials with their participation by the Promoter and/or the Client for advertising and/or announcing the Promotion, the "Oreo" trademark without payment of remuneration to the Participant.

The Participant transfers to the Promoter the right to use such materials, by broadcasting, public display, as well as other non-exclusive copyrights, for public advertising and/or announcing the Promotion and its results, as well as the "Oreo" trademark;

13.1.3. The Promoter reserves the right to edit the materials related to the Participant before publishing them in the media, on the Website, or the internet without prior agreement with the Participant.

13.2. The Promoter has the right, at their sole discretion, without explaining the reasons to the Participants and without entering into correspondence with them, to invalidate any actions of the Participants of the Promotion, as well as to prohibit further participation in the Promotion, to refuse to receive a Prize to any person in respect of whom the Promoter has reasonable suspicions that the Participant is falsifying data or making benefit from any data forgery.

13.3.

The Participant has the right to refuse to receive this information at any time by sending a corresponding written message to the email address mdlz.consumer@mdlz.com.

13.4. In the event of a situation that allows for an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any controversial issues, and/or matters not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Client under the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All claims and disputes are accepted by the Client.

13.5. In all matters not covered by these Rules, the Promoter / Client / Technical Partners, and Participants of the Promotion are guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
