       Rules of running the To School with Barni at the “Korzinka” Retail Network

ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN

(HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE RULES)

 

1. THE To School with Barni at the “Korzinka” Retail Network ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN (hereinafter referred to as the Campaign) takes place among an indefinite number of individuals for the purpose of creating and support of interest, formation of positive image and consumer demand for the products under the Barni® trademark and increase of volume of sales of these products. The Campaign is not a lottery or a gamble and does not require payment for participation from the Participants.

 

2. INFORMATION ON THE CUSTOMER, ORGANIZER AND TECHNICAL PARTNERS OF THE CAMPAIGN

2.1. The Campaign Customer: Mondelez Rus LLC, Russia (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), located at the address: 10 Frantsa Shtolverka str., 601123 Pokrov, Petushinskiy district, Vladimir region, Russia. TIN: 3321020710.

2.2. The Campaign Organizer: The Contractor of the Campaign is Urban Media LLC, the legal entity created according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, BIN: 050840004119, located at the address: office 2104, 10th floor, block 2, Zhybek Zholy Trade Complex, 135 Zhybel Zholy av., 050004 Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), acting by order of the Customer.

2.3. The Campaign Operator: Urban Media Alliance LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), located at the address: room 116, 1st floor, Bobur77 Business Center, 77 Bobura str., 10000 Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan; TIN: 306708505.

2.4. Technical partner of the Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the Technical Partner): ANGLESEY FOOD LLC Individual Entrepreneur, the legal entity created according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, TIN: 202 099 756, located at the address: 57 Turob Tula str., 100066 Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. Territory of the Besh Yegoch bazaar.

 

3. CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE TERMS

3.1. The term of campaign performance is from August 15, 2022, through September 15, 2022 (hereinafter also referred to as the Campaign Term or Campaign Period).

3.2. The term of purchasing the Promo Products is from August 15 through September 15, 2022.

3.3. The term of determination of the Campaign Winners is from August 22 through September 16, 2022, according to the Prize Drawing Schedule mentioned in clause 9.2. of the Campaign Rules.

3.4. The term of presentation of Prizes to the Campaign Winners is through October 31, 2022.

3.5. All the terms quoted in these Rules are calculated according to the time zone of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

4. TERRITORY, THE PROMO WEBSITE AND NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

4.1. The Campaign is conducted within the whole territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the RUz) at the «“Korzinka”» and «Smart» mall networks located within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except for the «“Korzinka”» DISKONT malls working due to the franchise and located at the following addresses: 162 Ernazar Alakus street, Nukus, Republic of Karakalpakstan, and 35 Maftunkor street, Shahrisabz, Qashqadaryo region.

4.2. The notification of the Participants on the procedure of participation in the Campaign, its conditions (including introducing changes and amendments to them) and rules is performed as follows:

1) on the official web page of the Technical Partner of the Campaign: https://”Korzinka”.uz/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site);

2) in other ways as selected by the Operator, Organizer and (or) the Customer).

3) E-mail for asking questions regarding the Campaign: mdlz.consumer@mdlz.com .

4.3. The Organizer and (or) the Customer may change the Campaign conditions at any moment, terminate it early or publish the additional information about it. The updated (additional) information on the Campaign and its conditions shall be located on the Website within 3 (three) working days from the moment of such amendment (update) being approved by the Customer.

4.4. The Customer, the Organizer, the Operator and the Technical Partner retain the right not to enter written negotiations or other contacts with the Campaign Participants, except for the cases considered by these Rules and current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in case of disputable situations.

4.5. The Organizer and the Customer shall be completely liable for running the Campaign.

4.6. ANGLESEY FOOD LLC IE and the “Korzinka” and Smart shops shall not accept any letters or claims regarding the Campaign.

 

5. PROMO PRODUCTS

5.1. The Campaign is performed regarding the following products under the Barni® trademark:

5.2. The Promo Products shall be purchased by the Participant within the term quoted in clause 3.2. of the Campaign Rules at the «“Korzinka”» and Smart retail network according to the Prize Drawing Schedule mentioned in clause 9.2. of the Campaign Rules (see the Period of Purchasing Promo Products chapter).

 

6. CAMPAIGN PARTICIPANTS

6.1. The legally capable nature persons older than 16 years old may take part in the Campaign; it refers to the citizens of the RUz and foreign citizens who have a residence permit in RUz and reside within the territory of RUz, registered in the Loyalty Program and being the holders of active Loyalty Cards (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Participants, and separately – as the Participant).

6.2. The participation of the persons, whose age is from 16 to 18 years old, is allowed only with the consent of their parents, guardians or other persons mentioned in this clause of the Rules (upon condition of them being fully legally capable).

6.3. The following may not participate in the Campaign:

•   employees of the Customer and (or) the Organizer and the Technical Partner;

• persons acknowledged as affiliated with the Organizer, Technical Partners and (or) the Customer and the Operator of the Campaign;

• employees and representatives of third persons who have established civil and other relations with the Organizer and (or) the Customer and those related to organization and (or) performance of the Campaign and sales of the Customer’s products;

•   close relatives of the aforementioned persons;

•   stateless persons and citizens of other states who do not have a residence permit in the RUz.

6.4. In case of discovering the participation of the citizens who do not meet the conditions of clauses 6.1., 6.2., 6.3. and other chapters of these Rules in the Campaign, the Organizer may decline the participation of these persons in the Campaign and (or) them receiving the prize.

 

7. PRIZE FUND OF THE CAMPAIGN

7.1. The prize fund of the Campaign shall be formed at the expense of the Customer and include Weekly Prizes (hereinafter referred to the Campaign Prizes).

The Campaign Prize: the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Silver tablet.

The total number of Campaign Prizes is limited and is 50 (fifty) pieces for the whole Campaign Period.

7.2. Weekly Prizes:

·         The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Silver tablet: 10 (ten) pieces per each week.

7.3. The Customer retains the right for changing the Prize Fund of the Campaign, which includes changing the number, equipment, appearance and other characteristics of the prizes. In this case, the prizes should be equal to the replaced ones in terms of their price.

7.4. The appearance of the Campaign Prizes, their size, pattern, colour of their packaging and their other characteristic may not meet the images provided in the advertising materials and the personal expectations of the Participants. The manufacturer of the products provided as Campaign Prizes shall be liable for their quality.

 

8. CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN

In order to take part in the Campaign, the Participant shall perform the following sequence of actions within the Campaign Terms quoted in Chapter 3 of these Rules:

8.1. To purchase at least 2 (two) packages of any Promo Products quoted in clause 5.1. of these Rules in 1 (one) fiscal check within the period quoted in clause 3.2. of these Rules at any shop of the “Korzinka” and Smart retail network mentioned in clause 4.1. using the loyalty card of the “Korzinka” and Smart retail network (hereinafter referred to as the Loyalty Card and/or the “Korzinka” Retail Network Loyalty Card).

8.1.1. The quantity of the Promo Products purchased by the Customer is unlimited.

8.1.2. The Promo Products shall have the names corresponding to those mentioned in clause 5.1. of the Campaign Rules in the Check.

8.2. To receive the cash register machine check (hereinafter referred to as the Fiscal Check or the Check) from the cashier of the “Korzinka” and Smart retail network.

8.2.1. Only the Checks with the Promo Products purchased within the term according to clause 3.2. of these Rules shall be accepted to participate in the Campaign.

8.2.2. The Checks not from the “Korzinka” and Smart network shops shall not be accepted to participate in the Campaign.

8.3. The Fiscal Checks which do not contain the indication of the Promo Products and do not meet the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the form and contents of the cash register checks shall not be accepted to participate in the Campaign.

8.4. 1 (one) fiscal check with at least 2 (two) units of Promo Products purchased during the corresponding period quoted in clause 9.2. of these Rules (see the Period of Purchasing Promo Products chapter) is 1 (one) Application for participation in the corresponding drawing of Prizes (hereinafter referred to as the Application) mentioned in clause 9.2 of the Rules (see the Date of Winner Determination and the Number and Type of Prizes chapters).

1 (one) fiscal check with at least 2 (two) units of Promo Products – 1 (one) Application for participation in the Campaign Prize drawing.

8.5. If 1 (one) fiscal check) contains more than 2 (two) Promo Product units, this fiscal check shall be considered to be 1 (one) Application for participation in the Campaign Prize drawing.

8.6. The more Applications are submitted by the Participant (the more Promo Products are purchased) in order to participate in the Drawings during the corresponding periods quoted in clause 9.2. of the Rules (see the Period of Purchasing Promo Products chapter), the more chances they have to become the Campaign Winner (holder of the Campaign Prize/Prizes).

8.7. If the Participant became the Campaign Winner (holder of any Campaign Prize/Prizes), the Application, according to which the Prize was won, is automatically cancelled; the Participant is to purchase the products according to the Campaign Rules in order to take part in the Campaign again.

 

9. DETERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN WINNERS

9.1. During the whole Campaign Period the Organizer shall run:

- 5 (five) Drawings of Weekly Prizes (hereinafter referred to as the Weekly Drawing)

according to the Campaign Prize Drawing Schedule (hereinafter referred to as the Prize Drawing Schedule) determined in clause 9.2. of these Rules.

9.2. The winners of the Weekly Prizes shall be determined randomly (using the computer program) among the Participants who fulfilled the conditions quoted in Chapter 8 of the Rules during the corresponding Periods (hereinafter referred to as the Promo Product Purchasing Period) mentioned in the Prize Drawing Schedule below:

*The Campaign Prize Drawing Schedule may be corrected by the Organizer, considering weekends and holidays determined by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as in case of occurrence of circumstances not depending on the Organizer or the Customer.


9.3. Any Drawings shall be performed only if the number of the registered Campaign Participants exceeds the number of the drawn Prizes at least 4 (four) times by the moment of Drawing.

9.4. In case if the period of Winner determination is over, and the number of the registered Participants does not meet clause 9.3. of these Campaign Rules by the moment of Weekly Drawing performance, the determination of prospective prize Winners shall be carried forward into the next period of Winner determination, and the total number of Prizes subject to distribution during the next period of Winner determination shall be increased by the number of Prizes not distributed within the previous period.

9.5. On the Day of the Drawing and Winner determination the Organizer shall determine the Basic Winners (hereinafter referred to as the Basic Winner and/or the Winner) and the Reserve (Alternative) Winners (hereinafter referred to as the Alternative Winner). The number of the Basic Winners within the framework of each Drawing shall be equal to the number of the prizes drawn.

The number of the Alternative Winners within the framework of each drawing shall be:

- Weekly Drawing: 5 (five) participants.

The Organizer shall determine the Alternate Winners for the purpose of possible replacement of Basic Winners if the Basic Winner violates the conditions of the Campaign or does not meet the conditions of the Campaign in any other way.

The Campaign Organizer is not obliged to disclose the names of the Participants which were included in this list of the Reserve (Alternative) Winners.

 

9.6. Within 2 (two) working days from the moment of the Prize Winner determination, the Technical Partner shall contact the Winners by calling their telephone numbers linked to the “Korzinka” Loyalty Card in order to receive the Winner’s consent for transferring their personal data to the Campaign Organizer for the purpose of its further processing in order to grant the Prize/Prizes. If the telephone of the Campaign Winner is out of range or they do not answer the call within 48 hours or due to any other technical reasons not depending on the Campaign Technical Partner, as well as if the Winner does not provide the consent for their personal data provision to the Campaign Organizer, the Winner shall lose their chance of victory and may not appeal against the decision of the Campaign Organizer, and the Prize shall be granted to the Alternative Candidate. In case if there is no connection with the Alternative Candidate, the Prize shall be transferred to the next Alternative Candidate.

9.7. After receiving the consent of the Winners for transfer of their personal data to the Campaign Organizer, the Technical Partner shall transfer the personal data of the Winners to the Organizer; then the operator of the Organizer shall contact the Winners within 3 working days in order to clarify the information required for granting the prize. If the telephone of the Campaign Winner is out of range or they do not answer the call within 72 hours or due to any other technical reasons not depending on the Campaign Technical Partner, as well as if the Winner does not provide the consent for their personal data provision to the Campaign Organizer, the Winner shall lose their chance of victory and may not appeal against the decision of the Campaign Organizer, and the Prize shall be granted to the Alternative Candidate. In case if there is no connection with the Alternative Candidate, the Prize shall be transferred to the next Alternative Candidate.

9.8. The mobile phone number linked to the Participant during the registration of the “Korzinka” Retail Network Loyalty Card shall be retained by the Participant within the whole Campaign Term quoted in Chapter 3 of these Rules. In case of alienation of the mobile phone number in favour of third persons or change of the registered mobile phone the Winner (and/or the Alternative Candidate) shall lose the right for receiving the Campaign Prize. The repeated registration with another telephone number is inapplicable.

9.9. 1 (one) Participant may participate in Weekly Drawings more than once upon condition of fulfilling conditions and requirements quoted in clause 8.7. and clause 9.2. of these Rules; at the same time 1 (one) Participant may receive not more than 1 (one) Prize within the term of 1 (one) Weekly Drawing and not more than 2 (two) Weekly Prizes during the whole Campaign Period.

10. CONDITIONS/ORDER OF RECEIVING THE PRIZES

10.1.     In order to receive the Weekly Prize, the Winner shall provide the consent for personal data transfer to the Campaign Organizer to the Technical Partner according to the conditions of clause 9.6 of the Campaign Rules.

10.2.     In order to receive the Weekly Prize, the Winner shall send the following documents and (or) information on themselves within 5 (five) calendar days from the moment of receiving the notification from the Organizer (clause 9.7. of these Rules) to the e-mail of the Organizer (operator@urbanmedia.kz; provide these documents/information to the Organizer):

10.2.1.    Surname, name, patronymic (if any) of the Winner.

10.2.2.    Full and accurate actual address of the Winner.

10.2.3.    Copy of the valid passport on 2 (two) sides.

The passport of the Winner shall contain the individual identification number (IIN).

10.2.4.    In case if the foreign citizen does not have the IIN in the document approving the residence permit in RUz, the IIN data shall be provided additionally.

10.2.5.    Photos / scanned copies of Fiscal Checks approving the purchase of the Promo Product with further provision of the Original Fiscal Checks by transferring them by courier (during the reception of the prize by the winner).

10.2.6.    Photos / scanned copies of the “Korzinka” Retail Network Loyalty Card with clear sight of the number on it.

10.2.7.    Photo / scanned copy of the Prize Granting Certificate signed on the part of the Winner with further provision of the signed original Prize Granting Certificate by courier (during the reception of the prize by the winner).

10.2.8.    Photo / scanned copy of the Consent for personal data transfer to the Organized signed on the part of the Winner with further provision of the signed original Consent for personal data transfer to the Organizer by courier (during the reception of the prize by the winner).

The original Fiscal Checks provided by the Winner shall be withdrawn by the representative of the Organizer and shall not be returned to the Participant.

10.3.         The Weekly Campaign Prizes shall not be replaced with monetary or any other equivalents. The Prizes shall not be returned.

10.4.         The Campaign Winner who does not meet the conditions of these Rules shall lose the right for receiving Prizes. In this case, the Campaign Customer shall manage this Prize at their own discretion.

10.5.         The Weekly Prizes shall be sent to the Winner at the expense of the Organizer (as selected by the Organizer) by courier to the actual address quoted by the Winner according to clause 10.2.2. of these Rules within 21 (twenty-one) days from the moment of such campaign participant being recognized as the winner, and in case is the clarification of information / receiving the documents is required, from the moment of receiving the required information (documents) from the Winner and in case of such Campaign Winner fulfilling all the conditions of these Rules.

10.6.         The Campaign Participants shall lose the acquired rights for receiving the corresponding prize without any compensations (including monetary) in the following cases, no matter when the corresponding circumstances became known:

10.6.1.    if the Campaign Participant is recognized as a violator of these Rules before the moment of the corresponding prize being granted to them;

10.6.2.    if the Campaign Participant states their refusal to receive the prize in and oral or written way, using the means of electronic communication;

10.6.3.    in case if identifying the Campaign Participant is impossible;

10.6.4.    after 3 (three) failed attempts to communicate with this Winner;

10.6.5.    in case if the Winner refuses to transfer their personal data to the Organizer;

10.6.6.    in case if the Winner refuses to provide the required information quoted in clause 10.2 of these Rules within the set terms.

10.7.     The obligations of the Customer / the Organizer regarding granting the prizes are considered fulfilled from the moment of the corresponding prizes being transferred for sending. The Customer / the Organizer shall not be liable for activity / inactivity of the courier service in case of unforeseen circumstances.

10.8.     The proprietary right for the prize shall be transferred to the Winner from the moment of this prize being handed over to them. The Campaign Winner shall individually take all measures related to managing and using the Campaign Prize belonging to them.

10.9.     In case if sending / receiving the Prize to / by the Prize Winner within the term through November 30, 2022 because of the reasons not depending on the Customer / the Organizer, including but not limited to:

- the e-mail being deleted by the Winner; or losing the access to the e-mail;

- the Winner quoting the incorrect e-mail;

- malfunctions and errors in the work of computer systems and mail servers or in the provider’s network;

- errors and malfunctions on the Internet;

- Internet or electric power absence / blockage;

- blockage of mail services and (or) websites with the mailing addresses of the Campaign Winner by the state authorities or them being recognized as extremist and (or) terrorist

such Campaign prize shall be recognized as unclaimed and may not be claimed for by the corresponding Winner once again; it shall be used by the Campaign Customer at their own discretion.

10.10. The Campaign participants shall be liable for ensuring the accessibility of their mobile phone numbers for incoming calls and text messages within the whole Campaign Period.

10.11. The right for receiving the Campaign Gift may not be transferred to third persons by the Campaign Winner.

The won prize shall not be replaced with other Campaign prizes (except for clause 7.5. of these Rules). The monetary equivalent of the prizes is not paid out.

10.12. The number of the Campaign prizes is limited and corresponds to the one quoted in these Rules. The obligations of the Organizer in terms of granting prizes to the Members are limited with the total size of the Prize Fund quoted in clauses 7.2., 7.3. and 7.4. of these Rules. Therefore, the Participant may not demand any compensations, including monetary.

10.13. The payment of the individual income tax regarding the Winners due to receiving the Campaign prizes shall be individually performed by the Organizer as a tax agent according to the tax laws of the RUz.

10.14. Performance of other payments and payment of levies and taxes to the budget of the RUz and (or) other countries, commission and other additional payments regarding the Winner due to receiving, owning and managing the Campaign prize shall be paid individually by the Winner.

11. EXPENSES. LIABILITY LIMITATION

11.1. Neither the Organizer nor the Customer nor the Technical Partner shall be liable for the following:

11.1.1. Failure to fulfill the obligations related to the participation in the Campaign and (or) receiving the prizes by the Participants (or their untimely fulfillment).

11.1.2. The Participants not being familiarized with the Campaign Rules, as well as with the results of running the Campaign;

11.1.3. Not receiving letters, calls and/or e-mails from the Participants (including through the fault of the post service or communication organizations) as a result of technical problems and/or fraud on the Internet and/or communication channels used during the Campaign performance;

11.1.4. Failure to receive (untimely receipt) the documents and/or information required to receive the Prizes from the Participants;

11.1.5. Receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact and/or other information or personal data required in order to run the Campaign and transfer the Prizes from the Participants;

11.1.6. Any technical errors, malfunctions, preventive works and other works of the mobile communication and Internet providers which arose not through the fault of the Campaign Organizer;

11.1.7. Any expenses and (or) losses borne by the Participant due to the participation in the Campaign and (or) receiving the Prize;

11.1.8. In case of force majeure, which includes introduction of the state of emergency and/or sanitary and epidemiological limitations / bans due to COVID-19.

11.2. All the Campaign Participants shall individually pay all and any expenses borne by them as a result of participation in the Campaign (including, but not limited to the expenses related to using the Internet, receiving any information on the Campaign, purchasing the Promo Products, etc.).

11.3. The Organizer and (or) the Customer of the Campaign, as well as the Technical Partner, shall not be liable in terms of any disputes regarding the Campaign Prizes. In any case, the final decision regarding the disputes shall be taken by the Customer; this decision is without appeal.

Neither the Organizer nor the Customer nor the Technical Partner shall enter the disputes regarding the mobile phone number, e-mail, Promo Product or check belonging to this or that person in case if such disputes arise. All such disputes shall be resolved by the conflict parties individually and at their expense.

 

12. PERSONAL DATA

12.1. While participating in the Campaign, the Participant shall quote correct and current (authentic) data, as well as, acting at their own will and in their own interests, provide the consent for collection, processing, transfer (including cross-border), use and storage of the personal data provided by the Participant to the Organizer, the Customer, the Technical Partner and the persons authorized by them and other information in cases and in the amount considered by the laws of the RUz, particularly by the Law of the RUz On Personal Data dd. June 21, 2019 No. ЗРУ-547 and these Rules.

12.2. While participating in the Campaign, the Campaign Winner shall grant the Organizer, the Customer and the persons authorized by them the right for using their personal data upon the prior written consent, their photos, interviews, telephone numbers, e-mails and (or) other materials on them for the advertising and (or) marketing purposes of the Customer, including but not limited to the following: the Customer, the Organizer and the persons authorized by them are granted the right for publication of data and materials of the Participant in mass media, any printed editions and on the Internet without any limitations in terms of the territory, time and ways of being used; such use shall not be compensated (paid for) to the Participant by the Organizer or Customer of the Campaign.

12.3. While participating in the Campaign, every Participant shall grant the unlimited consent for receiving text messages, news and other informational / advertising messages (mailings) from the Customer, the Organizer and the persons authorized by them to their mobile phone number or e-mail.

12.4. The Customer may refuse to receive the aforementioned information at any moment by sending a corresponding written message to the following e-mail: help@kz.alpengold.me

12.5. The Participants give their consent to their personal data and information voluntarily provided by them for the purposes of running the Campaign shall be processed by the Organizer and (or) the Operator and the Technical Partner, as well as by persons authorized by them, the automated means of data processing being used.

12.6. The Participant may revoke the Consent given according to clause 12.2. of the Rules at any moment. In case of receiving the notification on the Consent being revoked by the Participant, the Organizer, the Customer and (or) the persons authorized by them shall stop the processing of the personal data of this Participant and destroy their personal data within ten working days from the moment of the revocation being received. At the same time the Participant may not take further participation in the Campaign or receive the Prizes.

12.7. The consent for processing, collection, transfer (including cross-border), use and storage of the personal data and information shall be provided by the Campaign Participant for the term from the beginning of the Campaign and for 1 (one) year from the moment of its ending. The personal data and the information of the Campaign Participants shall be stored and processed according to the requirements of the laws of the RUz upon the conditions of confidentiality until the expiration of the term set by this clause of the Rules; then the personal data and information of the Participants shall be destroyed by the Organizer and (or) the Customer.

 

13. MISCELLANEOUS

13.1. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant approves their familiarization and complete unconditional consent with all the Rules of Running the Campaign and the conditions of participation in it.

13.1.2. The Participant approves their consent for using the photo materials depicting them, interviews and other materials with their participation by the Organizer and (or) the Customer for the purpose of advertising and (or) announcing the Campaign or the Barni trademark without the reward being paid to the Winner.

The Participant shall transfer the right for using such materials by broadcasting them and publicly displaying them to the Organizer, as well as other non-exclusive copyright, for the purpose of public advertising and (or) announcing the Campaign and its results, as well as the Barni trademark;

13.1.3. The Organizer retains the right for editing the materials related to the Participant upon condition of prior written coordination with the Participant before publishing them in mass media, on the Site or on the Internet.

13.2. The Campaign Organizer may, at their own discretion and without explaining the reasons to the Participants or entering into correspondence with them, render any actions of the Campaign Participants invalid, as well as ban their further participation in the Campaign and refuse to grant the Prize to any person regarding whom the Organizer has justified suspicions that they fake the data or benefit from any data falsification.

13.3. By participating in the Campaign, every Participant provides an unlimited consent to receiving text messages, news and other informational/advertising messages (mailing) from the Customer or persons authorized by them to their mobile phone number or e-mail in the future.

The Participant may refuse to receive this information any moment by sending a corresponding written message to the following e-mail: mdlz.consumer@mdlz.com.

13.4. In case of situations that allow ambiguous interpretation of these Rules or any disputes and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision shall be taken by the Customer according to the requirements of the current laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All the claims and disputes shall be accepted by the Customer.

13.5. In all other matters not considered by these Rules, the Organizer/Customer/Technical Partners and the Participants of the Campaign shall be governed by the current laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
