RULES FOR THE ADVERTISING PROMOTION OF "JOYKIS" CARDS IN THE CHAIN OF SUPERMARKETS "KORZINKA" and "Smart"

The promotion is held only in the chain of supermarkets "Korzinka" and "Smart" located on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the exception of supermarkets "Korzinka" DISKONT, working under a franchise and located at the following addresses: Republic of Karakalpakstan, Nukus city, Yernazar Alakuz street, house 162 and Kashkadarya region, Shakhrisabz city, Maftunkor street, house 35. The promotion is valid from 16.05.2022 to 18.12.2022 (inclusively). The amount of promotional goods is limited.
Operation of the promotion:
1. Make purchases from 40 thousand soums and get the chance to buy one Joykis card for 500 soums only.
2. Purchase goods of promotion’s partners brands TM «365 kun» or «Из Корзинки» and get a chance to buy one Joykis card for 500 soums.

1. General Provisions
1.1. The advertising promotion of "Joykis cards" (hereinafter – Promotion) is held on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the chain of supermarkets "Korzinka" and "Smart", located on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the exception of supermarkets "Korzinka" DISKONT, working under a franchise and located at the following addresses: Republic of Karakalpakstan, Nukus city, Yernazar Alakuz street, 162 and Kashkadarya region, Shakhrisabz city, Maftunkor street, house 35.
The organizer of the promotion is FE "Anglesey Food" LLC.
Adress: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent city, Yakkasaray district, Kichik Khalka Yuli str., 120.
1.2. Informing participants about the procedure for participation in the Promotion, the terms of the Promotion (including their changes, addition), the rules and other information about the Promotion carried out on the website korzinka.uz/joykis (hereinafter - Web-site of the Promotion).
1.3. The promotion is held from May 16, 2022 to December 18, 2022 (inclusively).
1.4. Participation in the Promotion means full and unconditional acceptance by the Participant of the terms of this Public offer.
1.5. Promotional goods - "Joykis" cards.
2. Participation in the promotion and the procedure for the promotion
2.1. Capable individuals may take part in the Promotion.
2.2. To participate in the Promotion, it is necessary to make a purchase in supermarkets "Korzinka", Smart or Diskont Korzinka, located on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except for supermarkets "Korzinka" DISKONT, operating under a franchise and located at the following addresses: Republic of Karakalpakstan, Nukus city, Yernazar Alakuz street, house 162 and Kashkadarya region, Shakhrisabz city, Maftunkor street, house 35, in the amount of at least 40 000 (forty thousand) soums and more in one check and get a chance to buy one promotional product (card) at a discount price, for only 500 (five hundred) soums.
2.3. To participate in the Promotion, it is necessary to purchase the goods of the partners of the Promotion, that is, the goods of TM "365 kun" or TM " Из Корзинки" specified in p. 2.7.1. of this Public Offer, and get the opportunity to purchase one promotional product (card) at a discount price, for only 500 (five hundred) soums.
2.4. A participant of the Promotion who has made a purchase in the amount of at least 40 000 (forty thousand) soums or more, which includes one product of the partner, gets the opportunity to purchase two promotional goods (cards) at a discount price, for a total of 500 (five hundred) soums each promotional product.
2.5. A participant of the Promotion, purchasing one of the goods of the Partners of the Promotion, that is, the goods of TM "365 Kun" or TM " Из Корзинки" specified in p. 2.7.1. of this Public Offer, the price of which is not less than 40 000 (forty thousand) soums or more, gets the opportunity to purchase two promotional goods (cards) at a discount price, for a total of 500 (five hundred) soums each promotional product.
2.6. For every 40 000 (forty thousand) soums in the check, the Participant of the Promotion gets the opportunity to purchase one promotional product (card) at a discount price, for only 500 (five hundred) soums.
2.7. For each purchased product of the partner, that is, the goods of TM "365 kun" or TM " Из Корзинки", specified in p. 2.7.1. of this Public Offer, the Participant of the Promotion gets the opportunity to purchase one promotional product (card) at a discount price, for only 500 (five hundred) soums.

2.9. The price of the card with a discount is 500 (five hundred) soums. Regular price of the card is 2 000 (two thousand) soums.
2.10. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for:
· Failure (untimely fulfillment) by The Participants of the duties related to participation in the Promotion;
· Failure to familiarize (untimely familiarization) of participants with the Rules of the Promotion;
· For early termination of Promotional Goods;
· For any technical failures, malfunctions, preventive works and other mobile operators, Internet providers that have arisen through no fault of the Organizer of the Promotion;
· Any expenses and/or losses incurred by the Participant in connection with participation in the Promotion;
· In the case of force majeure circumstances, including the introduction of a state of emergency and/or sanitary and epidemiological restrictions/prohibitions due to COVID-19.
2.11. The Organizer of the Promotion has the right to terminate the Promotion ahead of schedule in the case of the end of the Promotional Goods.
2.12. Promotional products are non-refundable and non-transferable. The number of promotional goods is limited.
2.13. The Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right at any time to unilaterally make changes to the terms of the Promotion, the Rules and terms of the Promotion, as well as the Organizer has the right to terminate the Promotion ahead of schedule. Updated (additional) information on the Promotion and its terms and conditions is subject to posting on the Promotion Website within 3 (three) working days from the date of approval by the Organizer of such a change (update / addition).
2.14. On all issues not regulated by this Public Offer, as well as in the resolution of disputes, the parties are guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If it is impossible for the parties to resolve the dispute in the pre-trial claim procedure, it is subject to resolution in the appropriate court of Tashkent in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
