Promotion "Accrual of 5% Cashback for purchases with a Humans VISA bank card in "Korzinka" chain" (hereinafter - Promotion) is held by "Humans" Limited Liability Company, address: 100047, Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent city, Makhtumkuli Street, 2 B, TIN 306624856 (Humans), under the Humans Loyalty Program.
1. Information about the Promotion
1.1. Words used in the text of these Rules with a capital letter are terms. The meaning of the terms is given in the Rules of Humans Loyalty Program, posted on the Website www.humans.uz, unless otherwise specified in these Rules.
1.2. Participants of the Promotion – Clients, individuals who have concluded an Agreement with Humans for the provision of Communication Services, as well as who have concluded an agreement with "Ravnaq-Bank" JSC on the provision of Humans financial service, on the basis of which a Humans Visa bank card is issued to the Participant, and who have performed the actions listed in Section 2 of the Rules.
1.3. Promotion Territory: Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.4. Promotion period: from 25.08.2022 to 31.12.2024.
1.5. Payment – for the purposes of these Promotion Rules, payment means the fulfillment of the Client's monetary obligation to the Partner for the purpose of paying for the Products using a Humans Visa bank card. For the purposes of this Promotion, only Payments made offline in the Partner's stores are taken into account.
1.6. Partner – "Anglesey Food" LLC stores operating under "Korzinka" and "Smart" brands. The promotion does not involve supermarkets "Korzinka" DISKONT, located at the following addresses: Republic of Karakalpakstan, Nukus city, Yernazar Alakuz street, 162 and Kashkadarya region, Shakhrisabz city, Maftunkor street, 35.
2. Description of the Promotion
2.1. During the Promotion Period and subject to these Rules, the Participants of the Promotion receive Cashback for Payments for Products purchased from the Partner using a Humans Visa bank card in the amount of 5% of the amount of Payment.
2.2. Members who are current Members of the Humans Loyalty Program can participate in the promotion, whose participation in the Humans Loyalty Program is not suspended or terminated.
2.3. The maximum amount of Cashback credited to one Member is not limited.
2.4. Cashback is credited to the Cashback account every day during the Promotion Period.
2.5. The Member can use the received Cashback strictly in accordance with the terms of the Humans Loyalty Program and cannot receive Cashback with money.
2.6. In case of cancellation of the Payment (cancellation of the purchase of the Products from the Partner), the accrued Cashback will be canceled and written off to the Cashback of the Account of the Participant of the Promotion.
3. Final provisions
3.1. These Rules shall enter into force from the moment of their publication on the Humans Website. Humans has the right to unilaterally change these Rules or cancel the Promotion, notifying about it by posting an appropriate message on the Website. The date of notification is the date of publication of the relevant information on the Site. The Rules are considered amended, and the Promotion is canceled from the moment of publication of the relevant information on the Site.
3.2. Making Payments by a Participant using a Humans card means full and unconditional acceptance of the Rules, which are an offer addressed to individuals.
3.3. Otherwise, not regulated by these Rules, the Humans Loyalty Program Rules apply.
