The rules of the korzinka.uz loyalty program for regular customers of the korzinka.uz supermarket chain (hereinafter – the Rules)
1. General Provisions:
1.1. These Rules determine the conditions and procedure for participation in the Loyalty Program for regular customers of the korzinka.uz supermarket chain (hereinafter referred to as the Program). From the moment of registration in the Program, the Participant enters into a relationship with the Operator, fully and unconditionally accepts these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and has the right to receive Privileges in accordance with these Rules. The rules are posted on the Program Website, in the Mobile Application, as well as in other sources at the discretion of the Operator.
1.2. The program operates on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the korzinka.uz supermarket chain (hereinafter referred to as the korzinka.uz Supermarkets). A complete list of addresses of Supermarkets korzinka.uz is posted on the Program Website (www.korzinka.uz).
1.3.The program is valid from the moment of its launch and until its complete cancellation by the decision of the Operator.
2. Terms and definitions:
Program – relationship in which a Member purchasing goods and / or services from the Operator using a Member Card of any type provided for by the Rules acquires the right to receive Privileges in accordance with these Rules.
Questionnaire – information about the Client wishing to become a Participant of the Program, entered by the Client or communicated by the Client when registering in the Program in the manner prescribed by the Rules.
Client – a person who is a holder of a Card of any kind, but has not registered in the Program in accordance with the Rules.
Member – an individual who has reached the age of 16, registered in the Program in accordance with these Rules and who is the holder of the Member’s Card. The Participant has the right to manage his Bonus account independently (accumulate / write off Bonuses).
Privileges – the ability to purchase goods and / or services from the Operator with financial or non-financial benefits. Privileges can be provided by the deferred discount method – the accrual of Bonuses to the Member’s Account for the purchase of goods and / or services from the Operator (if it is provided by the Program Rules) and the subsequent spending by the Member of the accumulated Bonuses when he purchases goods and / or services from the Operator in accordance with the Rules.
Bonuses – units of account credited to the Member’s Bonus account for the purchase of goods and / or services from the Operator in accordance with the Rules, as well as if the Participants fulfill other conditions determined by the Operator independently, which are the basis for calculating Bonuses. The amount of accrued Bonuses can be used by the Participant to receive a discount when he purchases goods and / or services from the Operator, as well as to receive other Privileges.
Express Bonuses – Bonuses with a limited validity period accrued to Participants in the framework of special promotions held by the Operator.
Bonus Account (also Account) – an account opened by the Operator in its information system to the name of the Participant at the time of registration to the Program in accordance with these Rules. The account is kept in Bonuses. Bonuses are credited to the Account and debited from the Account when purchasing goods and / or services from the Operator using a Member’s Card of any type in accordance with the Rules. The account is linked to the Participant’s mobile phone number.
Member’s Card (hereinafter referred to as the Card) is a card with a unique number, which, in accordance with these Rules, serves to identify the Member in the Program when the relevant Member purchases goods and / or services from the Operator. The card allows you to accumulate and write off Bonuses.
The Program provides the following types of Cards: Physical Card, Virtual Card.
Physical card – a plastic card given by the Operator in the korzinka.uz supermarket chain in accordance with the Program Rules;
Virtual card – an electronic card registered by the Participant in the Mobile Application.
The Call Center of the Program (hereinafter referred to as the Call Center) – the Program support center, organized by the Operator and providing round-the-clock information and reference services to the Participants at: 78 140 14 14, as well as through the feedback form on the Website and in the Mobile Application.
Mobile application – korzinka.uz software installed (downloaded) on a mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) based on IOS and Android platforms, which is a collection of data and commands intended for the functioning of a mobile device. The Operator is the copyright holder of the Mobile Application.
Operator – FE LLC “ANGLESEY FOOD” 100066, Tashkent, st. Turob Tula, 57. Territory of the Besh Yogoch bazaar, INN: 202 099 756, which has exclusive rights to manage and develop the Program and ensure the provision of the Program Participants with the Privileges stipulated by the Rules
Verification code – a code sent to the Participant to the mobile phone number specified by the Participant when registering in the Program, the use of which is necessary to confirm that the Participant has performed certain actions, namely, registration in the Program, changing the Participant’s data, as well as in other cases requiring confirmation of transactions on the Account of the respective Participant.
Program website – the Program website located on the Internet at: https://korzinka.uz/programma-loyalnosti.
Transactions – operations performed by the Participant using the Card, which, in accordance with the Rules, are the basis for crediting Bonuses to the Bonus account or debiting Bonuses from the Participant’s Bonus account.
Notification – information, including advertising content, transmitted to the Participant by one or more means (methods) of communication: a mobile phone specified by him in the Questionnaire or by other means.
Promotion – an additional incentive or other event held by the Operator as part of the Program.
3. Registration in the Program:
3.1. Participation in the Program is voluntary. Any individual who is 16 (Sixteen) years old at the time of registration in the Program can become a Participant.
3.2. To participate in the Program, you must obtain a Card and register in the Program in accordance with these Rules.
3.3. Card can be acquired through one of the following ways:
3.3.1. Make a one-time purchase for over 100,000 soums.
3.3.2. Make a purchase worth over 50,000 soums and purchase an eco bag.
3.3.3. Present a card / certificate of a voluntary blood donor.
3.3.4. Exchange the old-style korzinka.uz loyalty card.
3.3.5. Exchange any bonus or savings card.
3.3.6. Present pension certificate.
3.3.7. Submit a birth certificate of a child born in the current and previous year.
3.3.8. Apply for a Virtual Card in the Mobile Application, no entry fee charged.
3.4. To be able to write off Bonuses when making purchases of goods and / or services in the supermarket chain korzinka.uz, or receiving other Privileges from the Operator, the Client who is the holder of a Physical Card, Virtual Card must become a Program Participant and register in the Program, including registering a Card, in one of the following ways:
3.4.1. Having fulfilled one of the conditions specified in clauses 3.3.1 – 3.3.7, the Client is issued with a set of cards, consisting of 4 (four) cards, and given the opportunity to fill out the Questionnaire. After completing all the actions provided for in this paragraph, the Client is considered a registered Participant of the Program and the Bonus account number is assigned to him.
3.4.2. In the Mobile Application by filling out the Questionnaire in the “Create a new card” section and confirming your explicit, complete and unconditional acceptance of the Program Rules by ticking the appropriate box and clicking the “Continue” button. After completing the above steps, an SMS message with a Verification Code is sent to the mobile phone number specified by the Client in the Application Form, which the Client must enter in the appropriate field in the Mobile Application. After completing all the actions provided for in this paragraph, the Client is considered a registered Participant of the Program and the Bonus account number is assigned to him.
3.5. When registering in the Program in one of the ways provided for by these Rules, the Participant gives his consent to the expanded processing of personal data given at the following link: https://korzinka.uz/privacy-policy.
3.6. The Physical Card of the Program is the property of the Operator and is subject to return by the Participant at the first request of the Operator.
3.7. Physical card and Virtual card are valid indefinitely until the date of termination of the Program in accordance with these Rules.
3.8. If at the time of the purchase there were no cards in the korzinka.uz supermarket chain, the Operator reserves the right not to accrue bonuses to the Member’s Card if there are old checks. The Buyer can receive the Card at the checkout in the Supermarket korzinka.uz on the general conditions valid at the time of purchase of such a Card in accordance with the Program Rules, and register it in accordance with clause 3.4. of these Rules.
3.9. If the Card is not registered, in accordance with clause 3.4. Of the Rules, the Operator is not responsible for the safety of bonuses on the Card and cannot provide full service. A client who has not registered in any way provided for in clause 3.4. Of the Rules, is not entitled to receive information about the accrual of points on the Card.
3.10. No more than 3 (three) Loyalty Cards can be issued to one phone number, the limit on virtual cards is no more than 1 (one) for the entire period of participation in the Program.
4. Accrual of Bonuses:
4.1. Bonuses are credited to the Participant’s Bonus account when making purchases of goods and / or services from the Operator using the Card in accordance with the Program Rules, as well as when the Participants fulfill other conditions determined by the Operator independently, which are the basis for calculating Bonuses.
4.2. Bonuses are accrued for any method of payment for goods and / or services made by the Member at the Operator: cash, card and other available methods.
4.3. As part of the promotions held by the Operator, the Participants may receive additional Bonuses. The Operator can determine the list of goods / services and the number of additional Bonuses credited to the Participant’s Bonus account when he purchases goods / services within the framework of promotions.
4.4. To accrue Bonuses, the Participant must present the Card prior to the payment of the purchase (closing the cash register receipt) when making purchases of goods from the Operator in korzinka.uz Supermarkets. If the Participant has not presented the Card, then Bonuses are not credited.
4.5. The Operator independently forms the rules for calculating Bonuses for purchases of goods and / or services in korzinka.uz Supermarkets made using a Physical Card or Virtual Card. The rules for calculating Bonuses are posted on the Program Website, in the Mobile Application. You can also learn about the rules for calculating Bonuses by calling the Call Center.
4.6. Rules for calculating Bonuses when making purchases of goods in korzinka.uz Supermarkets with the Card:
– For each purchase, the Client receives 1% of the amount to a single bonus account.
– If the total monthly (calendar month) purchase amount is over 1,000,000 soums, the Client receives another 1% retro bonus from the amount of monthly purchases. Retro bonus is credited once at the beginning of the next period.
– With a quarterly (calendar quarter) purchase amount over 3,000,000 soums, the Client receives an additional 1% retro bonus. Retro bonus is credited once at the beginning of the next period.
4.6.2. After the initial registration to the Participant’s phone of a new Virtual Card in the Program in accordance with clause 3.3.8 of the Program Rules, welcome bonuses in the amount of 5,000 bonuses are credited.
188.8.131.52. Additional bonuses provided for in clause 4.6.2. are not credited to subsequent Virtual Cards activated to the same phone number.
4.6.3. In case of taking part in promotions held by the Operator in the korzinka.uz Supermarkets, the Participant may receive additional Bonuses. The number of such additional Bonuses is determined at the discretion of the Operator.
Additional Bonuses provided for in clauses 4.6.1. and 4.6.2. Of the Rules, are credited to the Cards in excess of the base charge provided for in clause 4.6. Of the rules.
4.7. The document confirming the Operator’s obligation to accrue Bonuses to the Participant’s Bonus account is the cashier’s receipt confirming the fact of the purchase, the Card number. Appeals to the Operator on the fact of non-accrual of Bonuses / accrual of the wrong number of Bonuses are considered upon presentation of the above document.
4.8. When the Participant purchases goods and / or services from the Operator using (writing off) Bonuses to receive a discount, Bonuses are credited only for that part of the purchase that was paid for in money (cash or bank card) in accordance with these Rules.
4.9. When making a purchase of goods and / or services in accordance with these Rules, the Participant independently makes a decision on the accrual or debiting of Bonuses and informs the cashier of the Operator / Partner about his decision before closing the check.
4.10. Bonuses and rights granted to the Member in connection with his participation in the Program cannot be sold, transferred, assigned to another person or used otherwise, except in accordance with these Rules. Bonuses have no cash value.
4.11 Bonuses accrual period:
– When making purchases in korzinka.uz Supermarkets with presentation of the Card, Bonuses are credited to the Bonus account on the date of such purchases.
5. Writing off Bonuses:
5.1. Writing off Bonuses to receive a discount when the Participant makes purchases of goods and / or services or receives discounts on promotions is possible upon presentation of the Card at the Operator, while the Client must be registered as a Participant, incl. must register the Card in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Participant must inform the cashier of the Supermarket korzinka.uz about his desire to use the accrued Bonuses and about the number of Bonuses that he wants to write off when making a purchase, before closing the cashier’s check, while the Bonuses accrued earlier are debited first.
5.3. Bonuses are valid for 12 (Twelve) calendar months. The period specified in this clause is calculated from the date of accrual of Bonuses, unless otherwise provided by these Rules. Upon the expiration of the specified period, unused Bonuses are automatically debited from the Member’s Bonus account without the possibility of their recovery.
5.4. The Participant can use Bonuses to get a discount when making a purchase of goods / services in the korzinka.uz Supermarkets. In this case, the amount of the discount is determined based on the calculation: 1 (one) Bonus is equal to 1 (one) sum. When the Participant uses Bonuses to receive a discount on the purchase of goods / services, the corresponding amount of Bonuses declared by the Participant for debiting is automatically debited from the Participant’s Bonus account on the date the Participant makes a purchase.
5.5 When writing off Bonuses, the discount is distributed evenly for all goods in the receipt (except for goods for which there are restrictions on writing off Bonuses).
6. Return of goods purchased using the Card:
6.1. The exchange and return of goods purchased using the Card is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
6.2. When the Participant returns the goods to the Operator / cancellation of the service, Bonuses for such purchases are not credited to the Participant, and if they were accrued, they are canceled (debited) from the Participant’s Bonus account.
6.3. In the event that the Participant returns to the Operator the goods / refusal of the service, upon purchase of which Bonuses were debited from the Participant’s Bonus account in the form of a purchase discount in accordance with the Rules, then the previously debited amount of Bonuses shall be returned to the Participant on the date of the operation of returning the goods / refusal of services.
7. Procedure for blocking the Card in case of its loss / damage:
7.1. In case of loss / damage of the Main card, the Participant must block the loyalty card in the Mobile application, or by calling the Call Center.
7.2. The Participant can receive a new Physical Card instead of the lost one at the checkout in the korzinka.uz Supermarket by presenting a passport and making a payment of 5,000 (five thousand) soums and registering it in accordance with clause 3.4.1. of these Rules. If the lost Physical Card at the time of registration of the new Primary Card was not blocked in accordance with clause 7.1 of the Rules, then after the restoration of the Primary Card, the lost Card will be automatically blocked.
7.3. After receiving a new Card (Physical Card) and registering it in accordance with these Rules, the previously accumulated Bonuses will be available for the use.
7.3.1. Express bonuses, which have a limited validity period, subject to the conditions described in clause 7.3, are not transferred to the Member’s Account when registering a new Card.
7.4. Bonuses debited from the Member’s Account by using the Card lost by the Member before the Card is blocked cannot be restored.
8. Other conditions:
8.1. The participant is responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the personal data specified by him during registration in the Program. If the personal data specified during registration in the Program is changed, the Participant must notify the Operator by calling the Call Center: 78 140 14 14 or changing the data in the Mobile Application. The unfavorable consequences associated with the failure to notify the Operator about the change in the Participant’s personal data specified in the Questionnaire are entirely with the Participant. The Operator will not be liable for non-fulfillment of the obligations stipulated by the Rules arising from the fault of the Participant, incl. if the Operator is not notified about the change in the Participant’s personal data specified in the Questionnaire.
8.2. The Program rules can be changed by the Operator at any time unilaterally, notifying the Participants about it at least 31 (thirty one) days before the date of the change in the program conditions. The Operator also has the right to additionally inform the Participants about the changes in the Rules by phone call and / or sending an e-mail, e-mail or in any other way provided for by the Program Rules.
8.3. The Member is responsible for the safety of the Card, as well as for unauthorized access of third parties to the Card. The Operator is not responsible for the unauthorized use of the Member’s Card by third parties.
8.4. The Operator has the right at any time to unilaterally terminate any Participant’s participation in the Program without warning for any reason, including but not limited to, if the Participant:
– does not comply with these Rules;
– abuses any of the Privileges provided to the Member under the Program;
– provides false information or information misleading the Operator or Partners;
– does not use the Card in accordance with the Rules within 12 (twelve) months from the date of its receipt.
8.5. The Participant has the right to terminate participation in the Program at any time by sending a notification to the Operator, by means of a phone call to the Call Center or in any other convenient way, about termination of participation. The participation of the respective Participant in the Program will be considered terminated from the moment the Operator receives the Participant’s notification.
8.6. The Participant undertakes to independently track the information about the Participant’s Bonus account contained in the Mobile application, Telegram bot, as well as indicated on the check. If the Participant reveals a discrepancy in the information, then he needs to inform the Call Center of the Program about it.
8.7. In cases of termination of participation of the relevant Participant in the Program on the grounds provided for in clause 8.4. and clause 8.5. of these Rules, previously accumulated Bonuses are canceled. From the moment of termination of the Participant’s participation in the Program, the Card is terminated (the Card is blocked), and the Bonuses in the Bonus account of the corresponding Participant are automatically debited (canceled). In this case, the Participant does not have the right to demand from the Operator any compensation, incl. in cash of debited (canceled) Bonuses.
8.8. By registering in the Program and agreeing (accepting) the Rules in accordance with the terms of clause 3.4. of these Rules, the Participant agrees to receive from the Operator the Notifications provided for by these Rules, but reserves the right to refuse advertising notifications in one of the following ways:
– by contacting the Call Center or other convenient communication method.
8.9. The rules of the promotions held by the Operator in the korzinka.uz Supermarkets can be found on special sections of the Web-Site.
8.10. The operator conducts Promotions under the Loyalty Program. The Operator announces the upcoming Promotion, its conditions, persons entitled to take part in it, the timing of its holding and other information about the Promotion by posting such information on the Program Website. The promotion is subject to change. By the Operator at its discretion, the terms of the Promotion can be changed at any time at the discretion of the Operator.
9. Resolution of disputes under the Program:
9.1. All disputes between the Operator and the Participant will be resolved through negotiations.
9.2. If a dispute between the Operator and the Participant cannot be settled in the course of negotiations, it is resolved in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
