Loyalty Card is only valid for purchases made in Supermarket chain "Korzinka", as well as Smart, REDTAG and FLO stores. Loyalty Card is not valid in "Korzinka" DISKONT supermarkets, operating on a franchise. The card is a customer’s savings account and enables it’s owner to make payments for purchases made in the supermarket chain (provided that there are sufficient funds available in the account). The Retro-bonuses scheme uses a progressive scale described below. The Loyalty Card is a bearer card. The supermarket chain has the right to change conditions of the Loyalty Program Korzinka Plus at any time unilaterally, notifying the participants at least 31 (thirty one) days before the date of change of conditions of the program. The Card remains the property of the supermarket chain to whom it must be returned upon request.

In case of the Card loss, clients should contact 78 140-14-14 to block the operation of the Card to prevent unauthorized use of the account. A new Card is issued when the card owner approaches with a copy of his passport personally to the store administration, while all current information and the account balance are transferred to a new Card. To restore the Card, the client should pay an amount equal to 5,000 soums.

Additional terms and conditions may apply with respect to each sales promotions and special offers.
